I found out that they don't even have most of the cars displayed on their site, so most Rides are farmed out to other companies and passengers end up overpaying and ending up with a lot of confusion and nonsense. They have another website claiming to be the ""Disney Transportation"", when I called Disney to confirm, they said they never heard of them and that this site is illegally using Disney trademark. So much for credibility. Disney has their own FREE ""Magic Express"" transportation service from the airports and back. Call them for more info, and stay away from decitful sites.

Cons: They farm out rides. You end up paying a higher rate and deal with a different company without even knowing it in most cases.
