I've been a huge pilates fan for many years. The one thing that separates Core from all the rest is the quality of the instructors. Their knowledge and willingness to give you the kind of workout you desire is amazing. I've never had a bad workout there, and I always feel so inspired when I leave. I couldn't imagine doing my pilates or gyrotonic exercises at any other studio in Atlanta.

I travel a lot and have tested several Pilates studios in various cities, and the instructors at Core are hands down the best! I always get a good workout. When I am in Atlanta even if it is only for a day. I make sure to schedule time to go to Core.

Core is a great place to workout, de-stress, and get away. The people are friendly and informative and very welcoming.
I am very happy with the workout and the facilities at both buckhead and westside. The instructors are positive and informative.!
If you have not checked out CORE yet... do so very soon!
Pros: Best Instructors and space in town

Instructors are well trained and keep their education current. The studio is state of the art and with a new location on the Westside it allows flexibility and variety with schedule and classes. Private as well as group instruction is offered. Simply the BEST!
Pros: Well trained instructors

I love Pilates at Core. Not only are there 2 convenient locations, it is so easy to make appointments online and in the studio. The teachers always want to make the most of your sessions by staying up to date on safety and new ways of making your body the best it can be. Definitely a place to try if you are a beginner or a long time die hard. It's a great place to be and very friendly!
Pros: Easy scheduling, experienced teachers, options in classes

I can't say enough about CORE. The instructors are excellent, and really work with you to find the right exercises for you. The equipment is new or in fantastic condition, and they have everything you need for a complete pilates or gyrotonic workout. Lastly, both studios have a great atmosphere. My workouts are fantastic, I enjoy it, and I like everyone I meet there.
Pros: Fantastic instructors, great environment!
Cons: none

I began taking pre-natal Pilates at CORE during my pregnancy and plan to continue training there postpartum and beyond. I would highly recommend the studio to anyone interested in Pilates and/or Gyrotonic. The staff is friendly, professional and above all extremely knowledgeable. They seem dedicated to providing top-notch instruction and service. The studio ambience is relaxed yet focused and the equipment is impeccable. The location and parking are also great!

I started taking PIlates sessions 9 years ago & I have been working out @ CORE for 18 months, usually 3-4 times per week. I can honestly say CORE is incomparable to any other studio out there. The instructors are by far the best in Atlanta. Everyone there brings a unique talent, background & personality that allows you to take advantage of all the best teaching methods out there. Everyone @ the studio is warm, friendly & professional. They take great pride in what they do.
I found the instructors to be very supportive of each other. I like this because if you want to work out w/ a different instructor, try a different class, there is no awkward feeling when you walk in for your appointment, unlike at some other studios, where it was taken as a personal insult, just because my work schedule changed & I needed to come @ a different time. This spirit of teamwork & client service is also very helpful when, for example, your regular instructor is going on vacation. Everyone works w/ each other to find you another instructor to work w/ so you won't be thrown off your workout schedule.
Another great thing, CORE has no membership fee, so they don't charge you just for being their client. If you look around at other studios, it may seem that their per session price might be lower, but by the time you tack on the membership fee, it brings their per session fees equal to or more than that of CORE, & the results & experience are not nearly as good. If price is of a concern, talk to the team. Duets are a great way to bring the cost down. If you don't have a friend that can do a duet with you, the team might know of another client that is interested in doing a duet , but doesn't have a partner & possibly set up a duet for you. They are really committed to providing the best service out there.
I cannot think of a negative thing to say about CORE. Whether you are a new student to Pilates or GYRO?, or have been doing it for a long time, this is the place to be!

I have been working out at Core for 2 years and adore it! What is most important to me is a good workout and people who know real pilates. The studio has the best equipment, is very clean, convenient, and not crowded. The instructors are all very knowledgable and so nice. I highly recommend this place if you ar elooking for pilates/gyro!
Pros: Staff ability, ambience, parking easy, equipment

It's true. Pilates taught and practiced properly can lengthen your limbs, slim your waist, tone your muscles lean and provide an excellent workout for body AND mind which is exactly what it's done for me. I played soccer and swam all the time in high school and still look better today. People really don't think I gave birth to my two small children! It's rewarding to have both strangers and friends say, "What are you doing because whatever it is I want to be doing it, too." The beautiful, calming studio environment is filled with amazing equipment and instructors who live and love the Method. Even though Pilates is fun, it's complicated, involved and potentially harmful if done improperly. Don't try this at home. Change your life. Go to CORE.
Pros: expert instruction, convenient location, serene environment
Cons: you'll want to go all the time but call ahead because stay booked!

I've been working out at CORE since it opened and it's wonderful.
The classes are challenging and they're small so you get individual attention.
All the instructors are nice and friendly and they will always answer any questions you have.
I love working out there and if I'm gone on vacation, I can't wait to get back!!
Pros: the staff, parking, the classes
Cons: can be pricey

When working out on a private or small group level personal attention is what is most important to me. Core ATL is actively involved with each client and takes the time to understand their needs and desires. I never felt like a number or had to show an ID.
The studio is quite, private and not a place for social gathering or hanging out. People come here to workout.
Pros: Service-parking-always what you need is available
