Dont waste your time or money!
This is not only the worst massage studio I have ever been to, but one of the most unprofessional places I have ever done business with! When you call to make an appointment (during business hours I will add) you are unable to speak with anyone and have to leave a message. Then they call you back at THEIR convenience. I arrived to my appointment early hoping to take care of any paperwork ahead of time and discuss questions I had. There was not a receptionist. So I waited until a therapist finally emerged from one of the rooms. Her appearance was completely unprofessional and she looked just plain dirty! I was shocked and quite frankly, disgusted! The massage was mediocre. The real shocker came at check out time. The man at the front was so incredibly rude and condescending. I later found out that he was the owner! What made me decide to try a new place was a coupon I found. Guess its true, You Get What You Pay For!

Best Massage I EVER had!
I had major back surgery in May of 2007, and have recently begun exercising again. My husband and I went in for a couples massage. I had Rich, the owner, do mine. He was amazing!! That was the absolute, hands down deepest, best massage I have EVER had. He worked my lower back really well and really got down to the muscles. I felt wonderful when I left. I will say he uses very strong pressure, but will go lighter if it is too painful. He was very professional, and I left there feeling rejuvenated. My husband said his massage was equally as good, and she really focused on his problem areas. The surroundings are very clean and peaceful. I highly recommend Balance Bodywork, LLC. We will be repeat customers whenever we visit Nashville!

Healing experience
As a former ballet dancer I look for really effective deep tissue massage that really heals and doesn't just "feel good." Very effective, thorough massage (that still felt good!) calming, clean environment, and very attentive to my specific needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a healing massage.

Magic Hands
I was skeptical at first but the experience ended up being amazing. The pain in my upper back and between my shoulder blades simply dissappeared. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone with back pain.
