5 Stars: Your Locksmith is my lockmith! (by Michelle B.)

After reading all the horror stories about phony locksmiths, I was pretty hesitant to call anyone to come and fix my broken front door lock. However, after getting in thru the back for 2 weeks I had enough. So I started calling some locksmiths online, some of them didnt say anything about a locksmith license and some stated that they do have a license, but when asked for the number of the license they hung up on me! And then finally, I got to an honest, licensed locksmith Your-Locksmith.com they stated that they have a license and they gave me their number to confirm with the state website. Needless to say, that I picked them to come and service my home. They were courteous, polite and very professional. They finished the work in no time and everything works perfectly now. Your-Locksmith.com are now my only Chicago locksmiths.

Have a locked safe? I did, and after calling 5 different locksmith and were told that they "don't do safes", I got Your-Locksmith.com on the phone and they said "when do you want us to come?"

I just got into my home after being locked out. I called a friend for help and they found Your-Locksmith.com on-line. They picked them for their great reviews. After a few minutes, he opened my door and I was in my warm home!Thank you Your-Locksmith.com for getting me in so quickly - Mary K.

5 Stars: Your-Locksmith.com is your new best friend! (by Alfred H.)

I just moved into Chicago and I absolutely love it. But one thing that I've learned in m home town Detroit, is that you should always rekey the locks in your new home once you move in - since you don't know who still has the key...So when I looked online for a Chicago locksmith, I came across the rave reviews for Your-Locksmith.com and decided to give them a shot. They were prompt, polite and clean. They even fixed my bedroom lock that wasn't working properly! That's why I would like to take the opportunity to thank them, for a great service done right!

5 Stars: I just heard of key bumping! Your-Locksmith helped me prevent it... (by TheHahnMan)

Two weeks ago, a friend of mine had a break-in in his home. When the cops came, they didn't see any forced entry, or prying marks, so they told my friend that the burglar had probably used a bump key. What is a bum key? It is a simple key, that is specifically cut to manipulate the embedded flaw that exists in all mechanical locks. If you'll look on YouTube you'll see what I mean. So naturally, I didn't want the same thing happening to me. So I called the same locksmith that went to my friend's house. Your-Locksmith came in, explained to me our course of action, and took care of business the same day! I finally feel secure in my own home! Thank you and I will surely use you again!

5 Stars: I would like to thank Your-Locksmith.com for helping me with my faulty lock (by Sheryl Q.)

I bought my first home in 2003 on the north side of Chicago. Since it was a foreclosure, there were many things that needed to be fixed, so I set my priorities on what I should fix first. But there was one thing I never had the chance to tend to, and that was my front door lock. Dont get me wrong, I did have a working deadbolt over the knob, but my knob never seemed to shut nor lock. So when I got locked out oh my home, last week, I called your-locksmith.com and they got me in. but then, the locksmith noticed, that the knob isnt working right, so he went back to his van brought some tools and worked on the lock for about half an hour. And then he called me to try it, I could not believe it it actually worked! He noted that this lock was about 40 year old and that nowadays it was a very expensive lock, so even if I want to replace it, I should sell and not throw it away.

I dont know how to thank your-locksmith.com for their above and beyond service, all I can say is, that you should keep their number in case youll ever need a locksmith in Chicago, because this kind of a company is a rare breed.

5 Stars: I love Your-Locksmith.com !!! (by Harry S.)

What to do? Call a locksmith!
That's the advice I got from the clerk at the city pound. Why you ask? since they towed my car while it was running(I just ran into the post office to drop a package)! and when I got to the pound, they have mysteriously lost my car keys. So after waiting for 2 hours to release my Honda, I asked a simple questions - What am I suppose to do now? that's the sugar I got from the lady behind the Plexiglas...

This is were Your-Locksmith.com comes into the picture. I called them to ask if they could originate a key to a 1999 Honda Civic, since I didn't have a copy (silly me), and they said "Sure we do!" and then they asked me where is my car located, and when I said 701 N Sacramento Ave they immediately said "Did the pound lose your key?" Yep - I'm not the first one to have this great service feature from the city pound...

From there it was smooth sailing - they showed up after 45 minutes (just like they promised), got into the pound and made me a key in 20 minute!

What a refreshing attitude - make the customer HAPPY!

If you ask me - I found a pound soul mate - Your-Locksmith.com

Nope - the story doesn't end here... after getting a car key, I realized that the pound also lost my house keys... Do you know any good locksmith in Chicago - Oh, yeah, Your-Locksmith again...

They followed me home and switch the keys that open my home, just in case somebody from the pound decides to show up for a visit...

That is why I wanted to say: Thank you Your-Locksmith.com for fixing my broken day!

5 Stars: Your-Locksmith are great - they came last night to get me into my home after the Obama rallyin Chicago! (by ivoted4Obama)

Last night was an almost perfect night - why perfect, because we'll finally have a president that makes us inspired and excited of what is yet to come. Why almost? because after the emotional night I lost my house keys amidst the crowd. I tried getting a locksmith, but all of them were reluctant to get to the south loop because of the road closure. All except Your-Locksmith, they were the only guys to say: "no problems".

They got there very swiftly and opened my back door in no time.

Thank you very much for a great service!

5 Stars: Your-Locksmith has a great customer service (by KellyFRoberts)

Last week I called Your-Locksmith for a rekey service in my new home. They came on time and did the work quickly as I requested. Today, I noticed that one lock was not rekeyed, so I called them to ask if they can come and finish the job. They took my name and number, and had the actual technician that was here call me, when he called, he asked how many keys I had, and I said two... He asked if I tried both keys or just one, I said one... He asked me to try the other one, and sure enough it worked, the reason for that is, that he matched the gate lock to the garage door lock, which was different from the front door lock - just as I requested... needless to say I was embarrassed. So the reason I'm writing this review is to commend Your-Locksmith for their excellent customer service patience.

5 Stars: The best locksmith I have ever used in Chicago! (by SaryH)

Let me start by saying Thank you! Why? Because unless I had a friend that already used Your-Locksmith I don't know how this day would end. I went to see the RedBull flying ramp thing and amidst the chaos I dropped my house keys in the sand. After giving up looking, I called my friend for help and he recommended Your-Locksmith They showed exactly as they promised and got me in 2 minutes. Thanks again for bailing me out of my own iresponsiblity

5 Stars: The fastest locksmith in Chicago! (by chicagobearsrocks)

After a long relationship we finally broke up. It was ugly, she wanted to take some of the things I bought, and were mine. So, when she refused returning my condo keys, I called Your-Locksmith, They showed up in 30 minutes at 1 a.m., rekeyed the locks and gave me new keys. Now I can leave home, without having anybody using my old keys to get in and take whatever they want. Thanks to Your-Locksmith!

5 Stars: Your-Locksmith is Great! (by SharonIsHere)

We are in the process of designing a business center and we are in the process of planning a master key system. The reason for that, is we want to control who can get in each section. So we contacted a local locksmith called Your-Locksmith and they came to our office to suggest a master key system. They shed light on many things that we didn't know even existed. Such as, cross keys, bump keys, key control and many more. After presenting all these problems, they actually offered solutions, such as, High-Security locks, proxy cards readers and latch guards. I would like to reccomend Your-Locksmith to anyone in Chicago, who is in need of a local Chicago Locksmith.

5 Stars: Best Chicago Locksmith (by GirlInChicago)

Yesterday, on Saturday morning, I lost my only set of car keys to my 2005 Toyota Corolla. I called many places in Chicago and nobody would help on the weekend. And then I called Your-Locksmith and they said they could do it in 1 hour! I never knew you could have a key made on the spot, without towing the car to the dealer. The guy showed up on time and made a new key in about 45 minutes. I can not explain to you how relieved I was. They recommended that I?ll save their phone number just in case? so my advice to you is the same, if you live in Chicago, SAVE this number to your cell phone 773-332-6294. Thank you for everything!

5 Stars: Awesome Service, Totally Professional (by Renovatorbear)

In more than 30 years of driving, I've never looked myself out of my car...until this morning! Traffic was bad, running late for work, scatter brained. Long story short, my keys ended up in my briefcase along with my wallet and cell phone and my briefcase was locked in the car. After trying to get several other auto locksmith companies to assist me, I found this listing for "Your Locksmith". They answered their phone right away and told me they would meet me in 10 minutes. They actually did. The man that came to help was courteous, professional and had my difficult to open car door open within about 3 minutes and with no damage of any kind. He totally saved the day. THANK YOU!

5 Stars: Lost your car keys? don't bother calling the dealer - call these guys! (by billmoe)

I usually don't write reviews, but in this case - I think I'm ought to.

I own a Ford Expedition and when I lost the keys for it, I did what I thought the obvious thing - I called the dealer I bought my car from. When I asked for a price, I was shocked to the bone, they wanted $540 !!! And that doesn't include me towing the car to the dealership - easily $125. So I looked online for a locksmith in Chicago that can make car keys without me towing the car. After a bunch of phone calls I found Your-Locksmith
And they told me on the spot exactly how much it will cost, even better - after 2 hours I had a new key in my hands!!! It cost me almost HALF of the dealer's price - HALF! And don't forget the time, I had a key in 2 hours, when the dealer told me it would have to wait to Monday, since it was Saturday at 6:00pm and the service department was already closed!

As I was saying, I don't usually write these reviews, but after all of that frustration of me losing my keys, the dealer wanting crazy money and the fact that I need to wait until Monday to get into MY car, there was a company that solved all my problems in 2 hours!!! Now that is why I'm writing this review.

All I can say is, if I ever need ANYTHING that has to do with a locksmith - I will use Your-Locksmith, or as I like to call them - "The Best Phone Call To Make When You Lose A Key"!!!

Cheers.
