Metropolitan Laser Institute

I have been a client of Metropolitan for about 2 years now, i started with my underarms and continued on with other procedures because it worked so well. I have had a great experience. Michelle and Amy are great. and really have taken care of me.
They asked me to write a review and i was happy to do so because of my results otherwise i would not take the time. I have sent several people to them and will continue. Thanks Metropolitan for making my life easier by not having to shave anymore.

I went to this spa at the other location and was so unimpressed by their service, they lacked experience. What a waste of money. Not a good choice.

I went to the new location and I am very impressed, my service was fabulous and the staff are very friendly and professional, they made me feel very comfortable, I went in nervous but came out so relax and my skin looks great. I look forward to my next visit and I am bringing my sister with me. THANKS

I went to the new location today for the first time and i loved it. I have been with Metropolitan for about 9 months now and im really happy with my hair removal, Im looking forward to my next visit. It always a pleasure to go there and have my treatments done. Its actually relaxing especially if you do a microdermabrasion. The girls are great. I will continue to send all my friends and family.

I was very impressed with the medical spa. It was a beautiful place and very clean.
I had a photo facial and they really took the time to explain everything to me. My skin looked great. I LOVED the staff and the office. Prices were very reasonable. I also had botox as well and was so happy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I loved my experience at Metropolitan Laser Institute!
The staff was incredible and was very patient with my anxiety about beginning a laser treatment. When I reached a "Hair Removal Plateu" they worked with me until the job was done. I feel that they went above and beyond to reach my goals and I will tell all my friends to go there. I love their new location and there doctor is really great as well!

went in with my girlfriend and ended up getting a package for myself. They had a great place and the staff was so nice. They worked with us on a payments and everything. We did our first treatment and they made us feel so comfortable.
I had been shopping for a while but they were the only ines that woukld work out a payment plan for us.
Look forward to my next visit.

had a great experience with metropolitan, my hair removal is going great after my 2nd treatment im seeing results. The customer service is great the girls work with me on my payments as well.
I had hair removal before at other places but it has not even compared to mli, I was able to do my botox as well and it went great. I would recommend this place to everyone. Michelle and Amy have been terrific to work with. Im very please with Metropolitan Laser. I would recommend a microderm as well it was the best one i ever had.

The skin care specialist, Nikki is wonderful. My skin had all kinds of issues and she has turned it around in 1 month, I was seeing a dermatologist and wasnt getting anywhere. She took me off of all the harsh medicines and creams and got me on an affordable, non-invasive skin care regime. I am thrilled, and highly recommend seein her for a skin care consultation!!

Amy and Michelle are the most amazing people that run and own the Met Laser spa. They are so personable and friendly, sweet and hilarious, and they truly care for your concerns and skin needs. I was so apprehensive about this treatment, but they made the whole process so easy and comfortable. Plus, it really works! I'm so happy with the results and can't wait to go back! Not to mention the rest of the spa people are so helpful as well. Definitely worth it.

They ROCK!! They are extremely knowledgeable and explained everything I should expect. They gave me a realistic idea of how much hair could be removed, and didn't pressure me at all. I felt absolutely comfortable and well looked after. Photofacials are great also....works great on brown spots and fine lines.
I've had three treatments now, and I don't even recognize my own skin. It is painless and Oh My God, you are smooth like a babies bottom!!!!
I'm thrilled with the results. I highly recommend this form of hair removal and photofacial. I have told all of my friends about it.....not just because they're wonderful people, but because I look AMAZING!
My advice, call now before they are booked for a year!!!!

went in to Mtropolitan laser today and the people are just so great and personable and really wanted to help me. i told them i had previous done laser before and was not impressed and they really put my mind at ease they are going to help me reach my goals and will do what it takes b/c i can tell you they just want me to be a satisfied client they take pride in their place. you will see how clean and nice it is. it was the prettiest one i have been to. I took the time to write a review b/c i found them on city search and was so impressed by these people. they even asked me if they could do a test spot for free to m ake sure i was happy with everything. i was and i cant wait to go back.

My wife gave me a "father's day gift" of laser hair remover for my back. I think the present was for her, but my experience was great. The staff explained the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. The environement of the spa is very relaxing and professional, and to top it off, I felt so good, that I got my hair cut from the great stylists at the salon. In all a great experience for a guy that is not a typical spa person.

I REALLY HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT METROPOLITAN LASER INST. THEY TOTALLY GOT IT OFFERED TO DO A TEST SPOT NO PRESSURE TO BUY A PACKAGE, THEY SHOWED ME THE MAC=HINE TOLD ME TO LOOK IT UP ON THE INTERNET TO MAKE SURE I WAS 100% SURE I WAS COMFY AND I WAS. THEY ARE SO AFFORDABLE AND ITS B/C THEY DONT TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE IN A FACTORY NEXT ... NO THEY TAKE THEIR TIME WITH YOU AND THEY WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY AND THEY ARE SO PERSONABLE. LOVED THE PLACE AND THE PEOPLE AND I BOUGHT FOR MY ENTIRE BODY AND LET ME TELL YOU IT COST LESS THAN ONE BODY PART I WAS QUOTED ELSEWHERE. SHOPED FOR AWHILE AND WAS FAMILIAR WITH ALL THE EQUIPMENT AND THEY HAD THE BEST EQUIPMENT STATE OF THE ART IS RIGHT.. SO HAPPY AND MY RESULTS ARE FABULOUS.

oh my gosh BECKY! the best thing that ever happen to me I never imagined I would go to these lengths then I thought (after the best appointment ever) that what I was doing BEFORE this was going to any lengths, the session was a cakewalk AND NO PAIN CANT WAIT TO GO BACK! DIDNT THINK I WOULD BE ABLE TO AFFORD IT AND BOY WAS I WRONG!

I had never been to a laser hair removal place before and was both a little concerned and unsure about my decision. That soon passed after I was there and actually really enjoyed the whole process. The girls that work there are unbelievable and do a great job. Both are a HOOT! The session was over in no time and I will be going back to finish the job. The location is ideal and the valet parking makes it nice as time is always an issue with me. The place is upscale, the people are friendly and the process works. I expect alot when I make a purchase and got more than I had hoped. I highly recommend Metropolitan to anyone that is trying to decide where to go from all the places that are out there. You will be HAPPY!!!!!

I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE, I THOUGHT I WOULD BE TOTALLY EMBARASSED TO GET MY BIKINI LASERED BUT THEY MADE ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE I EVEN SENT MY HUBBY TO GET HIS BACK DONE. THE PRICES WERE UNBEATABLE TO BOOT. THE SPA WAS SOOOOOO REALAXING AND THE RESLUTS WERE GREAT., I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK. I HAD NO PAIN EITHER. IM DOING MY ENTIRE BODY NOW B/C I CAN HANDLE THE PRICE AND PROCEDURE YOU CAN DO IT ON YOUR LUNCH TOO. THEY ARE SO ACCOMODATING.

It was my first time to ever have any laser hair removal done and they made my first experience very enjoyable. I was really nervous and wasnt sure what to expect and they totaly calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable. The treatment didnt even hurt like i had expected and always heard from so many people. im definately continuing my treatments with them, they are sweethearts. : )

I have been to Metropolitan Laser for 3 hair removal treatments and am absolutely thrilled with the results. The staff has been great and the facility is first-class. I highly recommend them for anyone considering laser hair removal.
