We were happy to see IAG here as we used to go a lot when we lived in California. My favorite drink is the Triple Chocolate Blended Mocha. The employees are very nice! My favorite to eat is the everything bagel. They offer a free kid's drink with the purchase of a drink. My kids are always excited to get their apple juice while I get my coffee. I love that it has a drive-thru. With 3 kids, going in a coffee shop is an adventure that I'd rather avoid if I can.

My needle work group began meeting at It's A Grind over a year ago and it was great.

Because they've changed vendors so many times, the quality of the food is now bad. The cake's stale, the cookies are scooped and the caterer is into Crisco instead of butter.

Everything at It's a Grind gets microwaved or sent through a toaster that makes the entire restaurant fill with the smell of burnt crumbs. My group mentioned this and was told they didn't smell anything.

They've gone through a lot of staff since opening. The day manager is the nicest of the bunch, Stephanie. But my group quit meeting there because of difficulties with the eveing staff, which we had repeatedly reported to the day manager. We finally got tired of the drama and as my members had been complaining about the weak tea/coffee and stale treats for months, we decided to find another venue. Several of my members who attend every meeting had begun sneaking in their own drinks because of the poor quality of beverages. Eating? Out of the question.

The lovely wing-backed chairs were the only reason we stayed as long as we did. This place has the possibility of being great again, but with rude employees, weak tea/coffee, the smells of burnt bagels, dried up cake and more, they have a long climb back up hill.

They have a lovely fire place which is warm a cozy in winter (when it's not broken as it was in Jan. and Feb.) It's really very sad that the cafe has gone so far down hill.

If you do go, just be prepared to learn the customer isn't always right. With my group, which has over 80 members, they lost 20 of my regular attendee's as well as all other meetup.com groups that might have come and spent money there.

I normally stop at this location once a week as a treat because I drive to work with my daughter... every now and then we've had the experience of receiving burnt tasting coffee but by the time we've driven away and gotten down the road it's too late to turn around and do anything about it. I have brought it up twice when going back through the drive through and the person helping me has been gracious enough to comp me another drink which, while a hassle getting nasty coffee, it's nice that they take notice of their mistake and make up for it. Better service than I have received with mistakes made at Starbucks!

I haven't had any coffee at It's A Grind, but their Chai Latte is delicious! They have a drive-thru that's easy to use, or you can go into their shop. Employees are very pleasant.
