Happy Happy Hair! 
I chose Monica based on the reviews I had read, the easy location, and quality for your dollar. (I'm a teacher also!) I was so nervous about "hi-lighting" my silvery hair. With a head full of white hair, dramatic highlights could have been quite shocking. Yet, I'm young(ish) and bravely walked through the door. The first person I saw was Monica's previous client and I could not help but stare and proclaim, "I want that hair!" Beautiful, natural looking highlights with the cut I'd been wanting but not getting for years! My nervousness quickly dissipated.
My highlights are subtle and beautiful - just the thing for a first timer and the cut is perfect. It's so rewarding to have a great hair experience after years of mediocre. Monica is easy to talk to, she listens and gives intelligent feedback without being pushy. The whole experience was pleasant but the hair is happy, happy! Even the "morning after"....with bedhead, it's the best hair I've had on my head in many years.
I hated the whole finding a new stylist thing and living through the ho-hum bobbed haircuts. Thank you Monica for giving great style and comfort to even those of us on the lower economic chain. Teachers deserve to look hip too!

Awesome customer service
Hello,
My name is Talitha & I have been going to Monica for over a year now> I have extremely high expectations in the quality of service I expect to get & if someone does not do a fantastic job.... I don't go back!! Monica is one of the best hair stylests I have been to since I moved here from Colorado >> I keep going back for a reason : ) You have to call at least 2 to 3 weeks ahead to make sure u get the appt date you want, but that just gos to show what a awesome job she does!!! I am like everyone else > I don't like to wait, but for the wonderful service, the wait is well worth it !! She also sells this shampoo/conditioner called Chi ...ooohhh my gosh this is a product from heaven> any hair type-- colored or not> this is the product for you!

Monica is fantastic!
Monica is fantastic with cuts and color / highlights. The colors are vibrant, shiny and they blend so well. I'm always thrilled with the results. Her rates are really reasonable and that allows me to maintain highlights w/o going broke. I followed Monica from her previous salon and would follower her if she moves again - she's that good! Oh - all this and she's really sweet and funny. It's like hanging out with a great girlfriend - plus I get my hair refeshed!

monica is the best ever!
i have been going to monica for 3 years now for chi hair straightening, she is simply the best, awesome service, always on time, i was losing my mind with my hair troubles till i found monica, now all my problems are solved, i have also colored my hair, she was very knowledgeable and advised me on what would be the best option, i can go on and on about monica, if monica relocates anywhere i am going with her !!!!!

OMG - Miracle Maker Monica
Where do I begin. I have been color treating my hair for ever and so my hair was way over processed. When I came to Monica over a year ago, my hair was a serious mess. Monica not only treated and repaired my hair, she helps me maintain the most beautiful color(s)! I love my hair foiled with multiple colors and she does a fantastic amazing job. Thank you Monica! Awesome Hair Dresser
If you are looking for a hair dresser with creative ideas, great hours, awesome personality then Monica is the girl for you. I myself am very picky about my hair as my color usually turns black if left on too long. Monica does an excellent job and really listens to what you want and not what she wants. Give her a try and I promise you will not be disappointed.
