Precision TV Repair means top notch proficiency! When my LCD TV suddenly stopped working, I thought I was out of luck (and the cost of a new TV!) Precision TV Repair was not only able to fix my TV to near new condition, but they also did

I AM NOT 99%, BUT 100% FAMILIAR WITH THIS SITUATION, FROM START TO FINISH.
SO, FROM START THIS CUSTOMER CALLED IN A STATED THAT HE HAS A SAMSUNG DLP THAT WAS DEVELOPING WHITE DOTS ON TOP OF THE PICTURE, SO I ASK HIM A FEW QUESTIONS ABOUT THE TV, AND WITH THE INFORMATION THAT HE GAVE ME, WHICH WAS NOT COMPLETE, I GAVE HIM A PRICE RANGE TO FIX THE SET IF IN FACT THE REPAIR I OFFERED HIM DID FIX THE TV (BETWEEN $425-$500). THIS ESTIMATE WAS GIVEN WITH OUT KNOWING ALL OF THE DETAILS FOR THE TV EG. MODEL AND VERSION NUMBER. WHEN MY TECH ARRIVED HE CALLED IN AND LET ME KNOW THAT YES THE REPAIR REQUIRES REPLACING THE DLP CHIP, AND THE TOTAL WOULD BE $475 WHICH INCLUDES THE INITIAL SERVICE CALL CHARGE, MY TECH CALLED BACK AND TOLD ME THAT I TOLD THE CUSTOMER BEFORE COMING THAT THE TOTAL WOULD BE $435, I LET THE TECH KNOW THAT WAS INCORRECT AND TOLD TECHNICIAN THAT HE WAS QUOTED $425-$500 DEPENDING ON THE MODEL AND VERSION. (THE CUSTOMER WAS ATTEMPTING TO L0-BALL MY TECHNICIAN. THE CUSTOMER APPROVED THE TOTAL, WE COLLECTED $75 AS A SERVICE CALL AND DEPOSIT ON THE PART THAT CREDITS TOWARD THE TOTAL.
UPON RECEIVING THE PART, THE CUSTOMER WAS CONTACTED TO FINISH REPAIR APPROXIMATE 4 BUSINESS DAYS LATER, AFTER A FEW ATTEMPTS WE GOT IN TOUCH WITH MR. FULGRUM AND SCHEDULED INSTALL FOR MONDAY MAY 14TH BETWEEN 1-4PM. ON SUNDAY NIGHT MY TECH SENT MR FULGUM A TEXT MESSAGE THAT SAYS YOU ARE ON MY SCHEDULE BETWEEN 1-4PM TOMORROW, BUT I THINK IT WILL BE AFTER 2PM BEFORE I CAN GET THERE (AT 10:02PM SUNDAY NIGHT)
THE NEXT DAY THE TECH CALLED BEFORE COMING AND HE WAS TOLD TO COME THAT SOMEONE WILL BE THERE FOR THE INSTALL.
THE CUSTOMER HAD PLENTY OF OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE EVERYTHING PREPARED AND WAS TOLD THE BALANCE OF THE REPAIR ONCE FINISHED. AFTER THE SUCCESSFUL FINISH OF THE REPAIR WE LET THE GENTLEMAN THERE KNOW WE ARE FINISHED AND THE BALANCE IS $400, HE STATED THAT NO ON LEFT PAYMENT WITH HIM, SO THE LADY OF THE HOUSE CALLED INTO THE OFFICE, SHE APOLOGIZED FOR NOT LEAVING THE PAYMENT AND ASK IF SHE CAN COME BY LATER AND PAY FOR IT, WE LET HER KNOW THAT PAYMENT IS DUE UPON COMPLETION OF REPAIR (NO EXCEPTIONS) AND THAT SHE CAN DO ONE OF THREE THINGS:
1)PAY WITH ANY CREDIT CARD, THERE IS A 5% FEE
2)WE CAN REMOVE THE PART AND FINISH ANOTHER DAY
3)WE CAN PLACE A HOLD ON A CREDIT CARD WITH OUT THE FEE AND SHE OR WHOEVER CAN COME BY THE OFFICE AND PAY HOWEVER SHE WANTS (CASH OR CHECK) AND WILL RELEASE THE HOLD ON THE CARD, AND SHE CAN EVEN PUT IT IN OUR MAIL SLOT IF IT WAS AFTER HOURS!
SHE DID NOT WANT TO DO ANY OPTION EXCEPT FOR US TO LEAVE THE TV REPAIRED AND LET HER COME BY AT HER CONVENIENCE TO PAY.
AFTER ABOUT 10 MINUTES OF TALKING TO HER AND LETTING HER KNOW THAT LEAVING THE TV FIXED AND NOT PAYING US WAS NOT AN OPTION, THEY SAID TO JUST CHARGE THE CARD.
WE DID.
NEXT DAY MR FULGUM CALLED SAYING THAT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT WAS RUDE TO HER, I TOLD HIM THE SITUATION. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS SAID TO HER WAS (VERBATIM) MA'AM WE ARE SORRY WE CANT OFFER YOU CREDIT AND THAT UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE PRECISION TV REPAIR AND NOT PRECISION BANK AND LOAN.
I AM 100% FAMILIAR WITH THE WHOLE WORK ORDER FROM START TO FINISH AND I KNOW THAT MR FULGUM HAD NO INTENTION OF PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE, HE WAS GOING TO TAKE MY KINDNESS FOR WEAKNESS AND ASK FOR 1 INCH AND TAKE A MILE, THERE IS NO DOUBT, WE GAVE 2 ALTERNATIVES TO HAVING TO PAY THE FEE FOR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING AND HE DECLINED.
IN THE END THE TV WAS FIXED CORRECTLY IN A TIMELY MANOR, AND CHARGE BELOW THE MAXIMUM AND ABOVE THE MINIMUM THAT HE WAS QUOTED BY PHONE, BUT I DO NOT NOR DO I KNOW ANY BODY THAT GIVES LOANS OF $400 DOLLARS TO PEOPLE THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW, AND YES IN A PERFECT WORLD THIS WOULD BE OK, BUT WE HAVE BEEN BURNT ON A SIMILAR SITUATION IN THE PAST, AND THAT WAS AND THE FIRST AND LAST TIME THAT HAPPENED.
I AM PERSONALLY SHOCKED THAT MR FULGUM WOULD POST THESE REMARKS, ALL WE ARE DOING IS PROVIDING A SERVICE THAT PEOPLE NEED FOR THE BEST PRICE POSSIBLE.

Had a problem with a DLP and the dreaded white dots issue. Called Precision TV repair and explained the problem. I was told that it would be a 75 dollar service fee and to hold while they found the cheapest place to find the chip to fix it. Was quoted a price and agreed to the service. The came out immediatley and disassembled my tv and took the lighting engine to their shop. It was at this time that the price of the chip mysteriously went up by 80 dollars. Next they repeatedly told me they would call and set up a time to rreinstall the part. They would call at 2:00 and say we will be there in 20 minutes. Sorry but I am at work. There response was ""this has never been a problem with anyone else"". Really, no one else is at work at 2:00? This happened multiple times. Finally they sent me a text message after midnight to inform me they would be at my house ""around 2:00"" the next day so I needed to be home. I had my father in law meet them. They installed the part and charged me an additional 5% on the entire bill because my father in law did not have cash and paid by credit card. I would not reccomend this company to anyone.

I RECENTLY RELOCATED TO RALEIGH FROM ILLINOIS THE MOVING COMPANY DAMAGED MY 61 PIONEER PLASMA, BUT WOULD NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THE DAMAGE. SO I HAD PRECISION TV COME AND LOOK AT IT. THEY CONFIRMED THE DAMAGE AND WROTE AN ESTIMATE TO REPAIR THE TV. THEY WORKED CLOSELY WITH THE MOVERS SO THERE WAS VERY LITTLE INTERACTION ON MY PART. THE COST TO REPAIR EXCEEDED THE COST OF MY TV, SO I WAS GIVEN THE VALUE OF THE PIONEER AND REPLACED IT WITH A 50 PANASONIC 3D SET THAT JAMES FROM PRECISION TV RECOMMENDED, IT IS MUCH SMALLER, BUT WAY COOLER.
THANKS FOR THE HELP!!!

I chose Precision TV because I read the previous review and my 46 Samsung LCD was having the same issue. I called Precision early on Saturday morning and they were able to come the same day. The technician explained to me what was going on and that they would also perform a modification to the power board so the problem would not reoccur. Long story short they fixed my set in time for my Denver Bronco's playoff party! and the Bronco's won, just icing on the cake!
Highly recommended, will use again if needed

My 52 Samsung LCD was giving me problems starting up, the TV would just make a clicking noise for roughly an hour and then would power on. I called Precision TV Repair and they sent a technician out, he quickly diagnosed the problem and let me know that my model had a common problem and was able to repair it right on the spot!! I was given accurate information upfront before I scheduled the appointment and the technician was very knowledgeable I recommend these guys and again thanks for saving me the trouble and cost of having to replace this expensive television right here at christmas time!!!

Last review is for a customer Mr Stewart A. We have made several attempts to contact him regarding his 40 Samsung LCD. We are indeed still awaiting the parts for the unit. We have offered him a equivalent replacement set for him to take ownership of until we can receive all parts for his Samsung. We are unable to contact him, So if you happen to read this Mr. A then please contact us ASAP. We are always striving for great customer service, and we beleive that providing a great customer experience is the only way to do business. We have made changes so that every customer that calls in speaks to a repair technician this way most if not all your questions can be answered by a repair professional as opposed to a secretary if there is no answer we incourage you to please leave a message and your phone call will be returned, we do take full ownership of this review below and want to resolve it as soon as possible. We look forward to continue providing the people of the Triangle the absolute best service when it comes to repairing your electronics, So please read our reviews in full and give us a try!!

Having read many positive reviews here about Precision TV Repair, I decided to call them for repairs needed on my 40"" Samsung HDTV. To say I was disappointed is one whale of an understatement.

First, and to be totally fair, the first tech they sent out to examine the TV and diagnose the problem was terrific (his name is Nate). Professional, polished, knew his stuff. NO problems with this young man whatsoever.

The problems really started when, after he left following his original diagnosis of the problem, I called to say ""let's go ahead with a repair"" (if you agree to a repair within 30 days of the diagnostic visit, that cost gets rolled into the overall repair cost; a fair policy unto itself). I waited to hear back from the company regarding my parts, etc....and waited....and waited....and waited.

I finally called them to determine what was going on, only to find out that this fine field tech had been in a very nasty car wreck (God bless him; he survived but was badly banged up). Understandably this put them behind on my repair and I'm sure many others.....but whenever I called to get an update (they never called me) I was given some innocuous answer that never proved accurate (we're waiting on a part.......no, we can't get that part any longer.....no, it's been ordered and should have been in.....on and on, ad nauseum).

All customers really want is a straight answer. Period. Good, bad, otherwise....just give us a straight and honest answer.

So next, they send out a 'new' technician. Several months have now passed since the initial visit by Nate. Let me just say that this new guy was nowhere near the original tech's league. In fact, he came out to get some part #'s in an attempt to find an equivalent main power board from another manufacturer (fine....but why did this take months?). Then, this guy added insult to injury: He dropped my TV, broke a piece off of the base/stand for the TV, then placed it back up on a dresser (backward) so that the break wouldn't be seen. Of course, I saw it and found the piece he broke off. Not a huge deal, but he should have pointed it out. Instead, I had to call the company to request a replacement base/stand since their guy broke it.

Of course they agreed.....right? Wrong. The owner apparently tells this tech he needs to work it out with me or he has to pay for a new base/stand. So I start getting call after call from this guy; he even denies he broke anything, even blamed my girlfriend (who wasn't even in the room) for the break. Hand to God, you can't make this stuff up. By now......I'm royally pissed and more than fed up with such a shocking lack of professionalism.

This all dragged on for months; well over 6 months and counting. Think I'm going to give this company another penny? Nope. In fact, here's the next irony: They have taken SO long, that I can now replace that TV with a new or mfg. refurbished model, better specs, etc......for the same or less money than they want to fix it. That's a fact.

Everything I've said in this review is accurate and can be backed up by eyewitnesses, call notes, etc. I've even sugar-coated some of the worst parts of this experience.

In short....I believe these guys used to be good. I believe they got way behind when a key team member was injured and their business never fully recovered.

I'll never dial their number again.

My husband and I were VERY unhappy with the service we received from this company. We contacted them in June because our TV was broken. They sent someone out quickly, which was great. But that is where the good customer service ended. After the technician came and evaluated our TV we had a very difficult time getting in contact with anyone. When we did get in touch with them they said that our technician had been in a car accident (which we were very sorry to hear- he was very nice) but they seemed to be using that as an excuse to not know what was going on with the part for our tv. In order to talk with anyone we had to call multiple times and leave multiple messages. They always promised to call us back and never did. They explained that our part was on back-order, which we understand, but is there only one company that makes this part? After six weeks of unanswered phones and un-returned messages, our part finally arrived and they scheduled a time to come out and fix our TV. When the new technician arrived (who was also a nice man) IT WAS THE WRONG PART. I called (and again dealt with a series of unanswered calls and un-returned messages) and was told that the company sent them the wrong part. We were told that they would reorder the part and would fix our tv. That was the last time we heard from them. They didn't return any of our other phone calls. We finally gave up and bought a new TV. Both of the technicians who came to our house were very nice and seemed competent at their jobs. The management of this company, however, is terrible. They have not taken responsibility for one thing that happened during the process of fixing our TV. Do not use this company if you want to have your calls answered, messages returned, or TV fixed.

After my earlier less than satisfied posts - Precision TV did a great job of coming and fixing the color wheel on time with great customer service.

My faith in them has been restored and my tv is now working great. As long as they keep going like this I will continue to use them and recommend them highly

Last review is from Oak Park Electronics, this claim has no merit, This is one of two accusations from Oak Park Electronics that we (Precision TV) has written negative reviews on them. We at Precision TV believe that is unethical and bad business practice and we 100% deny this accusation. As for years we have been recommending Oak Park Electronics for repairing items that we do not service such as camcorder's, microwaves, DVD players and other small electronics, and for the most part Oak Park is one company that we do not get complaints on, which leads us to believe they are a good company, and believe it we do hear plenty of horror stories involving other companies. We will not be recommending Oak Park any longer.\r
Mr. Kaleel we ask that if there is something that you would like to say or ask regarding Precision TV that you take the high road and contact us directly at 919-342-0308 instead of making false accusations and slandering our great reputation.\r

Last review is from Oak Park Electronics, this claim has no merit, This is one of two accusations from Oak Park Electronics that we (Precision TV) has written negative reviews on them. Daniel, a technician for Precision, did a great job, and my experience with Precision has been excellent. I called and left a message on Wednesday, talked with Precision later that day, and made an appt. for Saturday morning.\r
\r
As I was told, Daniel called an hour ahead, to confirm, and arrived right on time. He was very nice, pleasant, friendly, and professional the whole time. He stated that he owned the same TV that I have, except in a different size, so that gave me confidence, too.\r
\r
He walked in, and within 30 seconds had the 55-inch Mitsubishi TV (manufactured 11-2002) acting perfectly, by fiddling with the buttons on the front of the TV. That told him that the buttons were the problem, which he stated was often the case.\r
\r
He took the front of the TV apart, and tested the buttons. He replaced 5 of them which tested poorly. He also noted that the projection tubes on the inside of the TV had a good coat of dust, which he cleaned.\r
\r
I asked him multiple questions, while he worked, just to learn from him, about this TV and buying new TVs, and he was very pleasant and educational.\r
\r
He charged $300, which I thought was very fair, especially since I had read on the internet that repairs of TVs of this age and size can often be 2 or 3 times that. I had asked Precision, when I had talked with them on the phone, how much I might expect to pay, and they said that most of the time, it should be around $300 or less. Once again, very accurate and pleasing to me, especially considering how much a new TV could cost.\r
\r
So, the TV is working perfectly, and the picture is as bright as brand new, since he cleaned it, also.\r
\r
I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend them.

After purchasing a very expensive television from an electronics store, it broke down within the warranty. Precision TV was the authorized service repair center and did a professional repair on our set. I was very happy with their service and would certainly use them both in and out of warranty. The part was on back order from the manufacturer but they worked with me and the manufacturer to find the part elsewhere. I have recommended them to other people and would certainly vuse their service again. Being in the service industry myself I felt they were sympathetic in my unhappiness and frustration at being without a tv.

Issue Resolved. Nate our head/lead technician is on injury leave of absence, we were not sure who exactly wrote the review. The customer did call in this morning and by the customer screen name and problem we where finally able to locate the author or the previous post.
Notes indicate that customer has a Samsung LCD model LNR408dx Version SD01. The part needed for the repair is T-con circuit. Since this model is 1st generation LCD TV this part is not available separate from the LCD panel(screen). The screen replacement would exceed the cost of a new TV. The customer was informed of this immediately after diagnosis. We also suggested that part could come available second hand if he was interested. The customer requested we contact him if the part were to become available second hand.
The T-con circuit is currently still not available from any reputable part source. Notes from the stand issue state that the unit was initially hung on the wall. As per company policy we request of all customers that the entire Television must be accessible. The set was removed and accessible but placed incorrectly on an incorrectly assembled stand. No damage was done to this TV stand; it was simply not put together correctly from the start.
After speaking to the customer (Jakelb47) and explaining the situation of our week long closure of the store due emergency, the real question was that he just wanted to know if the part was ever going to become available or should if the TV should be disposed of.
We apologized for the delay and continue work diligently to make sure that our customers are informed and greeted with the best knowledgeable service available.

Shopping for a TV repair service in Raleigh was a relatively new experience for me as I have not required such a service for at least 25+ years. However, after my three year old 32in LCD Samsung decided not to power up when I wanted it too, I started reading TV repair customer reviews and made a decision to call Precision TV Repair and make an appointment to deliver the TV to their work place off Six Forks Road. James handled my initial inquiry and took the TV off my hands when I showed up. In appearance, no big store front with lots of people in uniforms processing your TV repair order on PCs. But don't let that throw you. These are some guys that straight shoot and get the repair estimate to you in a timely manner ( I had not yet gotten back to the office when James called me to give me the repair news and request for authorization to repair.) I said yes to a $160 repair ($45 of which was up front diagnostic paid and included as part of repair service.). James had the parts in stock and installed, and I picked it up at end of work day - now back in the house and I am watching it as I write this review - works like new! Thanks James, as I was in no mood to compete with the wife to preempt her ""Dancing with the Stars"" with my NHL playoff viewing on a Monday night. My thoughts - these guys spare you the overhead and give you the fix needed at a great cost. I will glady spread the word on my customer satsfaction beyond this post. Thanks again for the great service!!

I called Precison TV because I was having a problem with my LG LCD TV. I was told to bring it in because I live in Spring Hope, NC. So me an my wife drove it down and dropped it off on Saturday, the technician in the shop asked if I was going to be in Raleigh for a while I told him No, he suggested that I go have lunch and he would at least have a diagnosis by then. The tech called while we were eating an gave us and estimate of $150 to fix the set, and that it would take about an hour to fix it. So we retuned after an hour and the television was fixed and ready to go. This is has been a few weeks ago and so far so good.\r
Fast service, will use agiain in the future.\r

Had problems with a 52"" Samsung LCD TV. Call to Precision TV repair resulted in next day in home diagnosis. New board was needed, which was ordered and replaced in a few days. Very reasonable turn around for having to order the part from Samsung. Their staff was very responsive to status inquiries and kept appointment times as well as calling ahead to verify our availability before arriving. Believe my technician was Rick. Would definitely use them again.

Called Precision TV repair for an In home service call for a 42 Hitachi Plasma, two guys showed up, helped unmount the TV from the wall, the problem turned out to just be an hook up issue and I was only charged the initial service call charge of $75. Technicians called 1/2 hour before coming as requested and where courteous and knowledgeable. Would use again in the future.
Thanks

Was in town visiting my elderly father over the holidays, his newer Samsung plasma television went completely out, being that this is my fathers only means of entertainment it needed to be fixed or replaced fast, We were definitely not in any financial shape to replace the set for him. So we called Precision TV, they were able to come out the next day, TV works fine now, and was only a fraction of a replacement. Also the technician really helped my father understand a lot of the new features that his TV has that, in a way that he could understand, overall this was a great experience and saved a lot of money by repairing it as opposed to replacing.
Thanks,
David Reynolds

Four months ago I purchased a 42""flat screen from Sanyo. After one month of blaming the cable, I finally succumbed to Sanyo. Considering that Sanyo is supposed to be a technological firm, Sanyo corporate only communicated by fax and the longest damn recorded messages to Precision TV. Anyone who has ever blamed Precision TV for lengthy waits probably needs to check their manufacturer. Anyhow, these people were polite, dependable and on time. I would definitly use them again, and anyone who knows me knows that I am not easily pleased! Great job Precision TV\r

I've never before been in a position where I needed the assistance of a television repair company but I am glad that I went onto citysearch and found Precision TV repair!\r
\r
They were able to come by the same week in which I called. In talking to ""James"" he was able to get a rough idea of what my problem was just through the symptoms I described to him over the phone. When ""Nate"" came out he realized that I needed a particular part which he had to order, and w/in 3 days he was back and my tv was fixed!\r
\r
Overall I was extremely impressed with the people, the service and the prices! If your television needs fixing, call Precision tv repair.

I called Precision TV and initially was told they did not service Dell TVs. However, that evening I received an e-mail suggesting they could help anyway. I called again and the matter was resolved immediately. This operation is good, helpful and honest. If anything goes wrong again with any of my TVs, Precision TV is the first place I'm going to call! I was impressed. Thanks.

Response From Owner.\r

This customer has a television Branded Brillion Corporation, on initial visit diagnosis the problem was determined that the lamp was defective. We ordered two lamps for this unit because this is an odd branded television, Initial estimate, was for $300, we collected a $100 service charge for diagnosis, which gets deducted off of the total of the repair. After replacing the lamp the set worked for approx. 5 minutes, then the lamp stopped working. We replaced a lamp a second time and it blew the new one immediately. After second lamp blew, we concluded that the lamp power supply is the root of the problem, it is impossible for us to know that because the voltage to light the lamp is roughly 6000 volts, too high to measure with out destroying test equipment, A revised estimate off $625 was given to customer to replace lamp and lamp power supply, the reason for the high estimate is because this a Brand that is no longer being manufactured. That makes the parts price sky rocket.\r
Customer declined the estimate. and in the end was only charged the service charge of $100. We are confident that we have resolved any customer service issues. We do ask that customers write reviews good or bad. if you every feel that there is an issue or a problem please feel free ask for me directly.\r

In response to the owner of Precision T.V. Repair, I am one of the HIGHLY DISASTIFIED CUSTOMERS. You mentioned in your paragraph of lies, that you are working with the two customers that were dissatisfied. ANOTHER LIE!!!!!!! People I have not heard from this company since they offered me bad customer service and played me for $100.00. The nerve of them to come back and lie is even more repulsive. Maybe some people did have a good experience, but as I have heard so many times this company creates fake reviews about themselves to make their company look good. It is disgusting. I can't stop people from using their services, but I am hoping that I can deter as many people away as possible. Although this company got me for $100 and did not fix my t.v. they are the ones that will have to pay the ultimate price. What goes around does come back around one day a lot harder. I feel sorry for them. Please use another company.\r
Cons: Ignore Phone Calls, Bad BAD BAD Customer Service, etc.

I would call them again. Nate showed up on time and was very very professional. he was helpful and explained everything in terms I could understand. I knew exact costs and there were no hiden charges. I did do some research on line but Nate seemed to know more than anything I found and while it was more money then I wanted to spend it was very fair. Thanks

Pros: there when they said

I am convinced that this was once a strong company that must have recently experienced some change. And not for the better. Over a month ago, a technician came to my house and diagnosed a problem with my Sony TruSurround. He charged $90 and said he needed to order a part, which would take up to two weeks. Four weeks later, I began calling. At first, the person who answered the phone said he hadn't been able to get in touch with the technician for two weeks so he didn't know if the part was in. Then in another call, he said that the part was in but on the truck. And now I've had two appointments when no one has showed up and no one has called. And when I call, someone tells me that they will contact the technician and call me back, which of course doesn't happen. \r
\r
I guess I have to assume that my $90 is gone. And my TV is still broken. And I am not a happy customer.

Pros: Can't think of anything

Cons: Don't show up when they say they will, don't call

Please use another company.

This locally owned business is so nice and friendly. I've had problems with huge corporations like Best Buy and Wal-Mart because I felt like they didn't care about my problem with my TV and didn't want to help. This was not the case with Precision TV Repair. The lady on the phone was so nice when I described my problems and could give me a price range and diagnosis right there! They were so helpful and efficient. They were quick to fix the problem with my TV and because of that I never miss Grey's Anatomy or any of my TV shows!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

I called these guys and told them what was wrong with my T.V. They immediately knew the brand of my T.V.
and recommended a way to cure the problem myself before even mentioning a word about costs. I tried their method and fixed the problem myself and now I'm writing this review! First and only place I called and recieved true customer service instead of people trying to take my money!

Very pleased!

My 6 year old Panasonic flat screen HDTV stopped turning on. The first place I called said they do not make house calls because the TV was too small (had to be over 40 inches and mine was 32). So I called Precision TV. They came out the very next day to diagnose the problem .Turned out to be a fuse, and another component which he had with him. He had the problem fixed in less than 45 minutes. The total charge for this was an incredibly cheap $125. If I ever have a problem with any of my TV's again Precision TV will be the first and only ones I call. Great service, friendly, prompt and very reasonably priced.

Technician arrived in the first 15 minutes of the 4 hour window i was scheduled for. Diagnosed my TV within 10 minutes. He had the parts he needed with him and had my TV working within 45 mins of walking through the door.
The price wasn't bad either I expected it to be at least $300 but it was much less.

This company is very professional and repaired my tv the next day after placing the service call. The technician was very accurate at diagnosing the problem and cost wise was very affordable. I will definitly call this company in the future for further assistance if needed.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS BUSINESS, it isn't even a business, it's a two man con-artists. My 8yr old son knows more about fixing tv's than he does. Came to my house, made my tv worse, he broke my mainboard then wanted to charge over $600 to replace what he broke. I know, I watched him the whole time. Having to seek legal action. Do not fall victim like I have done to these con-artists.

I found this company in the phone book. Gave them a call about my TV, and the secretary was very nice and professional. I was able to get an appointment the same week, which I didn't expect, because it was near a holiday.

The technician arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem within 30-45 mins! The company ordered the necessary parts, and they arrived the following week. I was called promptly by the staff, and a follow-up appointment was scheduled.

My TV was completely fixed within one week of the initial technician's visit. I would highly recommend this repair service to anyone, especially those who have busy schedules, because they have evening and Saturday appointments available. I am very satisfied with my experience with Precision TV Repair!
