Brookbend Outdoor Furniture

Don't use that site. They have no service, the quality of the furniture is not as expected and they don't want to discuss with you because customer service is non existing. They charge your creditcard but don't deliver all the furniture

Anonymous (July 20, 2007) is lucky, they charged my card a year ago!!! I have had a similar experience with them...excuses and BS. BUT they did actually send me something. The sent me the ends and the lids for the storage box I had ordered...unfortunately the sides and floor were "lost" by the carrier, so I obviously have no idea what the product it like. I will be contacting the Massachusetts State's Attorney's office to see what can be done.

This has been without a doubt the worst buying experience I have ever had!!!!

I only chose one star because zero stars isn't an option.

Who knows what their quality is. All I know is that they charged my credit card almost 2 months ago (for more than I authorized). You can never get a person on the phone only answering machine. No one emails back unless you threaten to charge them with fraud and then they promise it is shipping on "x" date that is about 10 days away so you wait again (2 times) and nothing ever shows up.
