WORST customer service experience. I took my car in for service and had already went to another place to find out what was wrong but unfortunetly they could not service the car since they were not a dealership. I was going to take it to another dealership closer to home but it was going to be longer than I could wait and decided to take it to Hendrick since it was closer to work. When I took it in I was expecting a phone call by lunch time since I took the car in at 7 am. I had to CALL and CALL and CALL to finally get in contact with someone and that person was at lunch and left no information for anyone. After I got off work I went over there to see if the work was complete or what needed to be done, I had to wait over an hour for someone to let me know they need to order a part for the car and it would be a couple of days before the car would be completed. This was on a Friday and on Monday figuring I would get a call letting me know the car was completed or it would be the next day before it would be complete I had to CALL and CALL and CALL to get an answer. I has taken me normally 3 calls before I can get in contact with someone. After getting the car back I went about 8 miles before it started doing what it was initially put in the shop for again. This time I at least had some customer service by speaking with Amy and Rick who did give me a rental car and the dealer did pay for the part and towing charge since this time the car wasn't driveable to the dealership. Upon getting the car back the second time it wasn't a day later that the same issue that should have been fixed the first and the second time came back up. As I am writing the post I have yet to hear from them after dropping the car off on Sunday evening and waiting for someone to call me about the car. My wife called on Saturday morning and spoke with someone and wanted to have the service manager call her back and no one call her or myself back. They have lost all trust in business for ANY Hendrick dealership across the country.

I wish that I could rate this place a zero. These little fu***rs are so ruthless. I'm so glad that I didn't do business with these bastards, and that darn receptionist Amber is so danmmmm unprofessional she fits in just fine. None of the sales men are honest and I will definetly not recommend anyone unless you are blind, deaf and dumb.

This has to be one of the WORST car dealers I have EVER been to!!! I think lying to people is a company policy!! They just lie to your face constantly!! I know that they say car salesmen are sleazy but this place takes the cake. I bought a car and the finance manager (Kurt Sweet) told us all this crap about how they are going detail it and apply protective stuff to the cloth seats and fix a scratch it had on the bumper. I left his office and went over to the other building where the car was and was told they weren't going to fix anything. When I asked to speak to Mr. Sweet they said he was out at lunch. The funny thing was I had just left his office so I found his business card and called every number on it until I got him. The salesman Luis Gaitan told us we were also told we would be getting "free" oil changes but when it came down to the paperwork they charged us $199.99. When we brought this to Mr Sweet's attention we were told we'd be given a check. The next day when we went to get it they made some crap up and wouldnt refund the money even though we were told by Mr. Sweet that they would.We used a co-signer to get a better rate and the put all the paperwork and finance stuff in the co-signers name only. I have been told 4 times that they would fix this and they still haven't!! This place is horrible!!! Save yourself the trouble and aggravation and go somewhere else!!

The first two reviews on this dealership must be employees. This dealership is poor on so many levels; sales folks are pushy and lack product knowledge, cat and mouse sales techniques, thousands in add ons, hours in the office to get to a decent price. Purchased eight new cars in the last 11 years. Bought one from Hendrick in 05 and it went ok. Tried in 08 but was bad experience. For convience, I tried again in 11 but this was the last time. Just awful. Look at other dealers like Leith for a smooth process and good people and straight cost. I bought enough cars to know these guys are the car dealers you need to run from.

I recently bought the all-new 2008 Dodge Caliber from the Hendrick Dodge dealership at Cary. It??s good and delivers the performance which I like very much. Before buying this car, I was very particular that I should buy my car from the best dealer and I must say the Hendrick Dodge is the best dealer of Dodge vehicles in Cary region. Their price is reasonable. Above all, I am very impressed by their professional attitude. They are very down-to-earth and answer every query of the customers. They are responsive, good and courteous.
