.

I hired Masterpeace Gardens to design/install a new backyard at my house. A number of project mgmt issues arose during the job, including the crew not showing up (whereby I had to notify Masterpeace Gardens because they were not aware), significant miscalclation of material cost, and Chris Canady (Landscape Designer) opting out of her responsibility to oversee the installation of plants (her website states: "she personally oversees each project from start to finish") on planting day.
Clearly there were disagreements as to the project management required, however instead of working with her paying client, Chris Canady became very hostile, communicating a number of written expletives that cannot be repeated here.
I only wish to share this with anyone considering contracting with Masterpeace Gardens to really determine how you as a client wish to be treated. I'd be happy to send a copy of the extraordinarily inappropriate email I received upon request to your personal email address.
At a minimum, profressionalilsm and mutual respect should be the mode of conduct when dealing with clients. Please consider this carefully when choosing your landscape designer.
