This is truly the best kept secret in Santa Maria. I went on a date and enjoyed every minute. It is kind of hard to find, but their website (www.dwsbistro.com) has a mapfinder on it.
I had the Chicken Piccata and my date had the Chicken Marsala. It was the best Piccata I have ever had. The bread was to die for and the dessert was WONDERFUL! The owner's mother made us feel right at home. She is really sweet.
The decor is different from anything else in Santa Maria and very romantic. The tables are glass tile and really unique. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a change from the usual chain restaurants and steak houses in Santa Maria. You have to visit so they will be there for years to come.
