I recently used the small engine repair facility and the service was outstanding. I received an honest estimate and the work performed was excellent. Staff was very friendly, prices fair. Blain's Farm and Fleet Blain's Farm and Fleet automotive center had the worst customer service of any store I've ever been to. I got there early so I could get new tires - first come, first serve. After entering the service center, I waited in 3 different places (with three other customers) before I was told where to go to get service. By the time we got there, about 5 or 6 people were in front of us. The customers I was waiting with either left or were nice and offered to let me go in front of them. Every single employee I came in contact with was disrespectful. The service center manager and store manager weren't even a little interested. I wouldn't recommend them. It isn't worth the hassle.
