Clip-N-Tails

After a couple of years of being extremely happy with the service at Clip-n-Tails my schnauzer came home traumatized with his spirits down, he wasnt his normal happy busy jumpin around self. I spent about $600 in vet cost trying to find out what happened to my dog. I dont know what happened within the 3 hour window that he was at Clip-n-tails but I know my dogs will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! Also, its funny how the fabulous Clip-n-tails who without fail always sent me reminder notices when it was time for my dogs to get groomed has yet to send me anything since this incident which was 5 months ago.

We have been taking our dogs to Clip-N-Tails for over two years. Velinda, the owner, treats our pets as if they are her own. They are reasonably priced and our dogs always come home happy. They always come home well-groomed. We send everyone in the Aliante/El Dorado area there.

I have a Cocker Spaniel (Buddy) who is very afraid of everything. I take him to Clip n Tails and they treat him very well. they are very patient and compassionate. I highly recommend them to everyone. Both our dogs feel comfortable there, its a great atmosphere..

We highly recommend Clip-N-Tails. They treat our dog, Max, as if he were their own. Max loves going there and we've even caught him watching tv in the special doggie waiting room.
We recently lost our precious beagle, Daisy, and the compassion shown at Clip-N-Tails was nothing short of the highest degree of compassion.

They employees at clip and tails are generally pretty great! They love my sheepdog wilson & he loves them :)
He always looks great when he comes out & he is a big dog with a lot of hair. As long as I call ahead they usually can take him the same day, which I also love.
My favorite thing though is they sometimes take pictures while they are grooming my dogs and they will send them to you in the mail! LOL- it only happens once in awhile but it always cracks me up.

I love Clip n Tails and so does my mini long haired dachshund. They are very friendly, they do a fantastic job and my doxie isn't freaked out going there at all. Thank you Clip n Tails for being so fantastic to the animals and people who go there.

I took my miniature schnoodle to Clip n tails because my regular groomer couldn't fit him in. Looked good when I picked him up but I found a TON of cuts and razor burn around his EYES when I got home. I'd never go back.

We have taken my four pound yorkie chihuahua mix to just about every groomers in town. Clip n tails was the only groomers to meet all our expectations. The place is very clean, they have an adorable play area for the pups with a plasma screen tv playing movies like All Dogs Go To Heaven. They did an amazing job with my dogs hair cut and even sent us a Thank You card with a picture of my dog after her first haircut there. We loved them and highly recommend this groomer!!!

I took my cat in to be groomed by Janelle and was very pleased with the entire set up. We were a walk in , after being recommended by an animal hospital , and in for a surprise. Janelle came out and held my kitty, making sure he would be comfortable with her. The shop was clean and the play area adorable. I was very impressed with all the staff and they groomed by baby perfectly. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I have 4 dogs and all are so excited to go to Clip N Tails!!! they love the puppy play yard and socializing with all the other dogs there. Their homemade cookies are devored by all the dogs! Velinda and Janelle are amazing with the dogs. I even saw them grooming a cat! Their love for animals come through with the care they give the dogs. The shop is clean and never ever smells of "dogs" I will always recomend Clip N Tails to all my friends and family! Thanks for doing such a great job!!!

its very hard in las Vegas to find a groomer who truly shows their love for the animals i found this place. I was referred by a friend and when i walked in the store i was blown away not only do they groom but they have some retail i got my baby a sweet little dress and they are so personal there they take their time figuring out what you want and really getting to know the dog before you leave. then when i found out that they can actually put dye in their hair i figured what the heck so i had them dye my baby's ears and tail pink it was the cutest thing I've ever seen when i got there to pick her up which was not even 3 hours later i was astonished to find my baby playing in their puppy play room with a movie going for them to watch she was so happy any where else I've taken her she usually sits in the corner and is terrified not this time when i took her home she wasn't mad at me she was her happy self i will recommend clip-n-tails to everyone i know and i will be a life time customer!!!

I have three papillons that are my 'babies'. I am extremely fussy about how they are groomed and treated. It was comforting to find a quality groomer that understands how a petowner feels about their 'kids'. I had taken them to a groomer closer to my home (Craig & Decateur) and specifically asked them NOT to trim their ears. Imagine my horror when I picked them up and their ears were trimmed-not to mention their tushes were shaved like a baboons!! Not so with the ever-efficient Velinda and her staff. She greeted me and my paps with warmth and genuine caring. When I picked them up, they looked like show dogs. Clip-N-Tails will continue to get my business and I will absolutely send all my friends with pets to her. This is definitely a class act!

Clip N Tails did a great job on my dog, I'll be going there for a long time! Their prices are good and they're very friendly. I really recommend them.
