I have been a patient of Arch Dental for several years. I have had a extensive dental work which and I am now coming in every 3 months to maintain my healthy teeth and smile. I used to dread going to the dentist but not anymore. I went in today to see Valerie, who is a wonderful new Hygienist in their practice, and met Dr. McLean. I was very impressed. Both Valerie and Dr. MclLean were thorough with my cleaning and examination which included a oral cancer screening. I know I am in good hands with Arch Dental and staff.

I hope I will be able to express my gratitude to incredible staff at Arch Dental. After hearing the radio ad, I schedule an appointment I was feeling very anxious. I didn't know what to expect I have suffered the last 20 years. I lived with pain and discomfort every day. My mouth was not only mess on inside it look terrible from outside. I walked into the office and met with Dr Singh and Annmarie. I look at Dr Singh and said to myself what a handsome doctor. I though I would be intimidated . Instead, Dr. Singh put me at ease with his amazingly warm persona. He understand my embarrassment and was very sensitive to my feelings. He answered all my questions with confidence and patience. We schedule another appointment , I knew I was in good hands. It has been 2 months since my surgery and I look and feel like a different women, Inside and out. I want to thank everyone Vicki, Angela , Kris and Annmarie, I hope I didn't forget any one they are all warm and professional.

My Experience: On my first visit to Arch Dental I was in tears and very scared. I had chronic pain in my face for almost two years and had been to many doctors, dentists and surgeons. It was the last office I was probably going to walk into before giving up. Everyone was so nice and assured me that Dr. Singh would help me.
Dr. Singh was by far the best doctor that I have every had the pleasure of meeting. Not only did he diagnose me but he was kind, patient and sensitive to the fact that I was exhausted from my search to find an answer. I was scared that I would never find an answer to my pain. He listened (which is rare in most offices) and he took an incredible about of time to really put the pieces together. Dr. Singh and Dr Ahlo finally put an end to my misery after a successful surgery and gave me my life back. Even the surgery was virtually pain free. I cannot thank them enough and I recommend the practice to everyone that I talk to. They are brilliant! I had the pleasure of being in both Hungtington and Garden City offices and everyone in their staff couldn't have been more supportive. Words cannot express my gratitude , Sincerey, Fran Cohen

My former dentist was renovating his office and I needed a cleaning so my co-worker recommend me to Arch Dental, the office was near my home and figured I'd give a try. I was very impressed with all the high-tech stuff they have in the office and they took pictures of my teeth and showed me that I had some cavities going on that I was not aware, and my dentist never mentioned. I was happy and decided to stay with them. - John C.

I came to Dr. Singh and Archdental associates about 1 year ago. I had been to several dentist's prior because I suffered from alot of pain and all the other dentist's wanted to remove my teeth. My friend recommended this office and they were able to help me save my teeth. From the moment I walked in the office from the front desk to Dr. Singh and to Angela the Office Manager, all my problems and questions were answered. Dr. Singh was able to save my teeth and give me a wonderful smile. Now I make sure i go to the office every 4 months to see their wonderful hygienist and to maintain my healthy smile. Thanks Dr. Singh and Archdental!!!

The dental staff is nice enough, however their office practice is sketchy. They send bills without itemization, they claimed I saw a periodontist, and charged me when I never saw one. They did a biopsy, claimed it would be covered by my insurance (they even claimed that they contacted them) and then when the insurance company rejected the claim sent a bill without a phone call or notice and immediately said it was past due. The asked if they could submit to my medical insurance, still unsure of the coverage that they claimed they checked. The dentists are fine, the practice is sketchy and possibly even fraudulent.

After years of always putting off seeing the dentist I am so comfortable in keeping my appointments now, thanks to Dr Singh and everyone at the office. I was so nervous about needing a root canal but everything was explained, I understood it the best I could. I experienced no discomfort and Louise called me the next day to see how I was feeling. I will never put off my appointments again. This is a great office and very compassionate and affordable. I recommend anyone putting off seeing the dentist make an appointment now.

My wife had spoken recently with Dr. Sing at a seminar and insisted that I call the office to schedule a consultation. Within a week I saw Dr. Sing who I found to be extremely knowledgable, professional and friendly. I decided to go ahead with the initial diagnostics and within 3 weeks was fitted with the oral appliance to address my ongoing sleep apnea. I returned for a follow up appointment and ct scan with Dr. Sing who was informative and reassuring. Thus far, I have experience considerable improvement in my quality of sleep, duration and, as my wife reports, significantly diminished snoring. Kudos to Dr. Sing and staff.

So happy in my 8th week of invisalign..I cant' believe the difference already. 8 more weeks to go. Judy spent so much time explaining the benefits not only will I have an amazing smile but I will have healthy teeth , I really understood it. I have to admit when I do go out to dinner I take it off for a couple of hours and put it right back after. its been so easy,

Last week I brought my daughter to Arch Dental Associates for an extraction of her wisdom tooth. She was seen by Dr. Chu who gentle & mild mannered. My daughter was initially uncomfortable and in a lot of pain. I have to admit that Dr. Chu was very patient and did the procedure swiftly and skillfully. The cost was very reasonable and the staff was professional and up front with the billing. I highly recommend Dr. Chu to anyone that is nervous to go to a dentist:)

I suffer from sleep apnea and recently found an article in the newspaper concerning a mouthguard that can help. I contacted Dr. Singh's office and was given an appointment within a week. Not knowing what to expect, I found a friendly staff and doctor who explained all that would be done. The equipment was totally updated, computerized and painless. Time was taken to explain any questions and procedures. Within 2 weeks I had my mouthpiece. They do followup and e-mail to make sure all is satisfactory. Not knowing what to expect when I first went and being totally confortable with what the doctor explained and did made me write this review. I would recommend this office for any dental work.

Dear Dr. Singh,
I know I told you, but Ive gotta brag to Everyone... Judy (the lady that cleans your teeth) is the Best!!! I'm 43 and Ive had alot of cleanings...but this Lady is Gentle, thorough and has the patience of a saint! She even taught me the right way to floss & brush (fyi...Yes, there IS a right way!). It's a bit pricey, but worth Every penny!!!

I love my smile!! Thank you everyone at Arch. Having Invisalign was the best thing I could of done. 11 months later my teeth are so perfect. I'm not the type of person that can stay on diets or take my vitamins every morning but this was so easy to do.

I wholeheartedly recommend Arch Dental. For someone who is extremely scared of the dentist, this office made the dental experience as pleasant as possible. The warm and friendly staff made me feel so comfortable. The doctor considerately explained all of the procedures he would be doing on my mouth and put my anxiety at ease. I received an extensive only on a rotted tooth and am on my second invisalign brace. The onlay looks like my own natural tooth and I already see a difference in the alignment of my teeth. I can't wait to see the full improvement of the invisalign. Awesome staff and excellent dentistry!!!

I was interested in a holistic dentist and after searching the internet I came across Arch Dental of Huntington. Dr. Brenner and Dr. Singh, were able to answer all my questions and concerns regarding amalgam free dentistry. The staff was warm and caring right from the start. They were truly accommodating, the office manager had a genuine concern for my treatment options. After having had a horrible experience in a different office it is refreshing to see that there still is a place that actually cares for their patients and not the money!

After a consultation with Dr.Singh at the manhattan office, I was taken back by his calming and caring personality. He had a vast amount of information regarding the necessary treatment options for my bone loss. It was great to see he was truly interested in providing me with the various treatment options, I could decide what was right for me especially financially. The staff was informative they showed me pictures and xrays of my current condition. I went in a week later for my procedure and was so nervous, but Dr. Singh was so gentle he made sure that I was comfortable through out my procedure. Once he was finished he showed me the bone loss before and what it looked like after the procedure. I was shocked at the difference, I never imagined it would be that significant. Now I have a world of options available to me! I am very grateful!

Went to see Dr. Singh for a consultation. I had two broken teeth and needed to be fixed. Dr. Singh had made me 2 porcelain crowns and I couldnt be happier and the fee was reasonable and worth it. When it came time for me to deal with insurance with the Office Manager, Jessie, all my questions were answered. I recommend this office highly.

I was never fond of going to the dentist but last week I had no choice since I had a severe toothache. My friend recommended Arch Dental. I had an appointment with Dr. Singh who seemed extremely concerned and soft spoken. He seemed highly trained and his office was warm and inviting. Dr. Singh told me that I had a bad cavity that required a crown. In my first visit he was able to get rid of the cavity and stabilize my tooth with a crown using advanced computer robotics that made a porcelain crown right in the office. By the time I left the office my toothache vanished and I was able to leave with a fully functional tooth. Wow..I was completely blown away with the technology!

This may sound corny, but I felt a sense of destiny about the folks at Arch Dental even before I walked in the door. I had been suffering with Sleep Apnea for many years and I'd gotten to the point where I felt I was losing the battle. Then onde day a msidirected press release comes to telling me about thier innovative treatment approach. From the minute I met Dr SIngh I just knew I was in the right place. This became increasingly clear to me with every visit, whether it was under Arna's care, Dr Singh's enthusiasm or even Angela's help on my insurance issue. Thank you for giving me my life back!! I can sleep thanks to your appliance

Sleep Apnea CURED along with snoring!!!!
I have suffered from sleep apnea for years with extreme snoring. I have tried the nose strips, the cpap machine and every contraption imaginable. I then read the article that Dr. Singh wrote regarding his sleep apnea appliance. I made an appointment. I first went to the Garden City office where a cat scan was done. I was extremely pleased with the service provided to me. I then went to the Huntington office, which is closer to my home. I was greeted with warmth and compassion. I filled out all the necessary paper work, and was seated promptly. Dr. Singh explained to myself and my wife what happens during sleep apnea. Not only did I learn a tremendous amount, but was relieved to know that he could help me. Impressions were taken and within a week my appliance arrived. Dr. Singh fitted the appliance to my mouth. That night was the first test. I have not slept that good in years. My wife was amazed. There was NO snoring, NO gasping for air. A miracle has occured to me and I have never felt better.

I just can't thank this office enough. I was extremely scared of going to dentist for so many years. Well, Dr Singh and his wonderful staff changed that. Yesterday he placed my implants, and when I arrived home, I not only had no pain at all, but I feel great today. I also thought it was nice of him to call me last night to see how I was feeling. I will highly recommend this practice to my family and friends.Marjorie

I just came from this practice and I'm so excited about going back. Let me be clear, I am Petrified of the dentist_ and when I say petrified, I mean the tears swell up in my eyes just thinking about them. But this office...it's like going that show "Cheers". From the first conversation on the phone to the doorman when I left. I swore I was back in South Carolina! I only got to meet one of the doctors (Nator) who was as funny as he was sweet_ and he teaches implants at NYU!!! I'm so glad I found them I'm even bringing my daughter to see them in two weeks & it feels like I'm coming come.

This office has the most expensive dental work!!! I went to the office and then for a second and third opinion and there was no comparison, the fees were well above the normal and customary fees!! Why should I pay twice as much for the same work?? The other offices were able to show me pictures with beautiful results...so what are the additional fees really for?? I want not only a dentist that does beautiful work but someone who is fairly priced. I find it important that a dentist have their patient??s pockets in mind as well as their teeth!! Especially in the current economic times I find the obvious price gauging to be inconsiderate and unjust!!

I have suffered with my mouth for the past 20 years. I lived with pain and discomfort everyday. My mouth was not only a mess on the inside, it looked terrible from the outside. My jaw had aged me by at least 20 years. I have always been vain. This was destroying my self-image.
I walked into the office and met with Dr. Singh and Miriam. I looked at Dr. Singh and said to myself "just what I need, an incredibly handsome, young doctor," I thought I would be intimidated, instead he put me at ease. He understood my embarassment and was very sensitive to my feelings. Dr. Singh examined me, ordered the x-rays and then sat me down to explain what needed to be done. It was very complicated, but he took the time to talk to me and answered all my questions with confidence and patience. He always made me feel competent to understand the technical procedure. At my next appointment I met with Dr. Kaufman. This charming distinguished doctor told me that he and Dr. Singh were going to save my life. I knew I was in good hands.
There were many pre-op appointments. I was greeting with excitment from the team. Terry, the assistant, was so kind, she made me feel like one of my friends was assisting without losing any of her professionalism. Angela, the office manager, explained all my payment options amd made this part of the experience easy to swallow (excuse the pun).
It has been 2 months since my surgery and look and feel like a different woman, inside and out. This team of professionals gave me my life back, and my dignity.
I am so grateful.

When I First visited the office I let Terre know right away that I was afraid of anyone touch my mouth. Like a lot of people I have had very unpleasant experiences in the past. She assured me that the whole staff would do everything they could to make me comfortable.When Dr Singh came in, he was so calm and he listened to ALL my concerns and history. He took a great dental of time explaining my treatment plan. He answered all my questions patiently. I can't say I will never be anxious again, but when Dr. Singh tells me he going to make me comfortable and that I will not be in pain , I believe him 100% . Plus, I also have Angela who helps me every step of the way scheduling and managing payments . I could never go anywhere else.

I had the greatest experience at this dental office!! I kept their phone number in my purse a few months before I made the phone call. I was so scared and filled with anxiety about going to the dentist. Of course when you do not go to the dentist my teeth where starting to break and I was starting to have pain. So I made the call. I made an appointment a few days later and felt great about it! Of course the day of my appointment I was so nervous I called the office to cancel. The office staff asked what they could do to make me feel more comfortable so I was able to come. They assured me I was the patient that I could come in for my appointment and I called the shots. If I wanted a tour of the office and a cup of tea the first visit, that was what we were going to do, nothing to be anxious about. Of course with hesitation I did go to my appointment. The second I walked through the door I knew at that moment I chose the right dental office for me. I was treated like family. Everyone genuinely cared and was concerned, making sure I was happy and comfortable the whole time. A few days after my first appointment I received a congratulations card in the mail which meant so much to me for them to acknowledge they knew what it took for me to go to this appointment. Unfortunately I did need a lot of dental work, but I was able to do it anxiety and stress free. I am so happy I made that phone call. I will recommend all of my family and friends to this office!! Thanks so much!!

Dr. Singh is by far the nicest dentist I have ever met. Whenever I meet with him he is calm and caring. He walks me through everything that will be done so there are no surprises. And as a woman with limited finances he and his staff helped me find ways of affording the procedures I needed. His staff is also amazingly nice, and take very good care of their patients.

As a young girl I never wanted to go to the dentist. I had always had horrible experiences and poor results. I forced to go by my parents, of course. However, when I left for college at 18, a habit of self diagnosis and care was employed to avoid dental visits. This pattern of neglect was a mistake I discovered. Dispite my efforts in adulthood to find a dentist I was comfortable with I found myself repeating the same pattern. I been to other dentists but never to complete my treatment and even go for a second second visit because of fear and discomfort. I finally found Drs Singh and Natour at Arch Dental. They are a staff of professionals that are courteous,caring and efficient. Whats amazing is that I never felt more comfortable during dental treatment. The time they took to explain to me so I could understand the treatment needed made such a difference. I have a healthy mouth. Thank you!!!!
