DO NOT GO HERE --EVER. I went to the ER last night for an infection and wasn't feeling better. Dr. May wanted to see me before treating me -even though all my lab results were sent to her office. Firstly, the nurse said that she tried calling Edward Hospital's medical records to get my lab results, but no one answered so I had to be seen. I told her to "try again" because I just spoke with them twice in the last hour to get my results faxed over to Nap. Medical's office a second time in 12 hours. The nurse finally called back and said I could lie down with a warm washcloth on my stomach, and if the pain persisted that, "she would consider switching the antibiotic." I asked the nurse what "consider" meant. The nurse said she's not the doctor, but that I'd probably have to go in to be seen if I wanted a change in meds. I went back to the ER tonight after not getting help from Naperville Medical and got 2 pain meds and a stronger antibiotic. This isn't the first fiasco with their office either. Dr. Carducci -the head of their group- told me my swollen leg was "nothing major" and to go home. Thankfully, I didn't listen to him!! I went to the ER b/c I didn't think he was right -sure enough: I had a blood clot the entire length of my leg that had now spread to my left lung b/c he misdiagnosed me, which literally almost killed me. I AM NEVER GOING BACK HERE. And good luck trying to get a copy of your medical records...I filled out 3 release records for my own medical info. and they're still "missing" the release form. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I would not recommend this practice to my friends & family. Dr. May has terrible bedside manner. The office staff is very rude. Particularly when I missed an appt. and couldn't call because I was at work. I truly believe that Dr. May wants repeat appointments so that she can make the $$ possible.

I truly believe that Dr. May of Naperville Medical Associates just wants your money. She wants to schedule appointments and check ups which are not needed, just to get you (or insurance to pay). She is not friendly. When my old doctor left

Each of the doctors took their time to ask the right questions and provided friendly advice and service. If you are looking for doctors who care and listen to patient needs (and don't rush you out the door) then Naperville Medical Associates is a physican's office you should consider. We highly recommend their services.
