The person responsible for this is a mentally unstable convicted felon who did not even sign their true name to the contract, thus invalidating it. This was done to hide the extensive criminal record.
Please be sensible and just ask for references, there are plenty of them- thank you.

We contracted with this company for a new website early this year.
Throughout the process there was a good line of communication. The design ethic was astounding.
The site is now online and we're very pleased with the end result.

I didn't have good exper.w/BOP. My site was admittedly LARGER, but even after they said they could do it, I offered and paid them $500 just to thoroughly review, make sure could do it and create and outline and milestone document. I'd submitted 35+pg.of reqs. They complimented my thoroughness. Wrote up contract - full programming and design, full testing, upload and business launch. Delivery date in contract as well. They delayed the start. There were design & programming delays often. They missed
meetings, and didn't send follow ups (or courtesy notes ahead of time). They asked about common any-site features such as sign in 6 months into (w/Contractual 3 mo. deadline passed, they said I should be fine no matter how long it took, and that I wouldn't've been making money yet anyway).

Their updates were scarce, via email & actual work completed. (updates they'd even pre-stated they would deliver). The design degraded over time (we'd spent a month on design, only to have it change months later, with them saying it doesn't stay the same. However, nice word images turned to plain html words while others turned poor website quality grainy. Images stopped matching - ex - one arrow might be nice, smooth. Another would be generic clip art, not matching (and to my taste ugly, but again, not matching at least, which would not suggest, to me, attention to the detail) Some images were smooth edged, and others had jaggedy poorly cut edges. Some pop up windows were nicely created, while others were the plain windows format. Some pages didn't match in color or design at all. They also used a logo character that I was not legally able to use and I was required, by the original artist to pay over $2k for its use. The site had many bugs(normal for any large site in devel.), however, one change would result in more issues. They told me to test (even though it was in the contract for them to do so),and I would spend hours upon hours. I created a spreadsheet of over 6 pages, and many items would not be fixed. Some custom items (required from the start, and presented within that 35+ page doc.) were left out altogether. Pointing out troubles, the company suggested I was being trivial (more ex. - items not chosen would show, items chosen may not show, pics & words would spread terribly across page. Tons more visual & functional wrong or missing. Not only was not custom, it didn't work as a plain basic site should - it was completely unuseable). Months late, I was told they didn't have time to work on the project (w/o apology or regret) yet they wouldn't deliver the project. "as is" so I could move on to another co. (without my final payment). At one point, they said site was completed (when it still had obvious visual&funct. troubles-they'd clearly not looked at the site, but they said they trusted their programmers). But other times they just said it was impossible or they'd never understood it all along. Yet, they'd required & accepted a 2nd payment.I did refuse to pay the final payment.

I'm NOT upset they could not do the site. My grievance is they overbooked or couldn't actually do it and did not admit it ,didn't TURN it DOWN, or after they realized, let me know ASAP/n allow me to go w/ another co, They missed meetings, wasted my time, accepted over $10k, were unapologetic. From the first missed meeting and mini deadline to the final days, they didn't offer any compensation (discount to counteract the delay, free hosting, seo help. As a matter of fact, they said if I took them to court and if I won, I wouldn't get anything from them).

I did get the broken site delivered - a 3 mo. project - 13 months later. No new companies would touch it, being so problematic. Their site sayse they don't do questionable code, they don't drop standards.nor produce average work. In my experience, unfortunately, this was not the case.

I'd research before a choice. Google.Facebook. Possibly Ok for smaller informational site. But whether they could or could not do this site, they handled it poorly and disrespectfully. Especially when you consider they had enough money from us to buy a car, and I'm still paying for it (interest and all), they may have spared a bit of care over their customers project. I don't believe other customers would "RAVE" if their own projects were late, and as another point - my site isn't on their list of portfolio samples, yet they were "working on it for over a year".

Site had bugs(normal for any large site in devel.), however,1 change would result in more issues. Pointing out troubles, company suggested I was being trivial ( Generic gifs started being used, some images became grainy, others with ugly choppy outline. Not consistent. Elements didn't match in color or design on many pages. Some pages had nice pop up windows, while others were the plain windows, well, windows. Functional items on the site, not chosen would show, items chosen may not show, pics & words would spread terribly across page. Tons more visual & functional wrong or missing. Months late,I was told they didn't have time to work on the project (&w/o apology or regret) yet they wouldn't deliver the project. "as is" so I could move on to another co. At 1 point, they said site was completed (when it still had obvious visual&funct. troubles-they'd clearly not looked at the site. ). but other times it was impossible or they'd never understood it all along. Yet, they'd requir'd& accepted a 2nd payment. I refused 2pay 3rd, final payment.

I'm NOT upset they could not do the site. Am dissatisfied they overbooked or couldn't actually do it and did not admit it ,TURN it DOWN, or let me know as soon as they realized ASAP in attempt to respect my time, my project, my money,/n allow me to go w/another co. They missed meetings wasting my time without courtesy (we'll not make it) notes, accepted over $10k, were unapologetic, and increasingly rude. Even got angry when I communicated with the programmers directly. At the end, they said that if I took them to court and won, I wouldn't get anything from them.

I received the incomplete/broken site delivered - a 3 month project - 13 months later. No new companies would touch, being so problematic.

Their site sayse they don't do questionable code, drop standards, or produce average work. However, that was not true for me in my experience. They may do decent work, but I would research, perhaps Google, Facebook, etc. before you make a final decision.

Pros: Small informational sites seem smooth, nice design.

Cons: For me, they weren't able to do project, and weren't upfront
