It took a little while to get them on the phone (They were apparently very busy), but when I finally decided to leave a voicemail, Ed called me back within 15 minutes. </p> <p>They picked my laptop up from my office late Thursday afternoon, repaired the broken dc jack, and delivered it to me at my home on Friday evening so I could get on line for a seminar on Saturday morning. </p> <p>Wow - 24-hour service!
