I started going to this dentist this year after disappointing staff at my last dentist. Let me tell you, I was no better off. My first visit was ONLY an exam and not a cleaning. The dentist had a fancy optic camera showing me the interior of my mouth and teeth up on a tv. They suggested I have silver fillings replaced and that I needed a crown very soon. I had just been to the other dentist 6 months before and never was told I was in dire need of a crown.

I went back for my cleaning and then to have fillings done/replaced. To date, and it is now July, despite my bugging them to get all services billed to both of my insurances (including sending them a detailed letter of what they have/haven't billed), the 'all-knowing' insurance biller still hasn't resolved the issues over a month later.

This office has proven to me that they want to upsell what they can and that their front office staff- particularly the insurance biller- has not a darn clue what she is doing nor what the regulations are for billing someone who has 2 insurances.

If you want to avoid many headaches after you've left the dentist office, I would recommend you NOT use this office.
