Ok so I just want to share how my experience at Sunnyvale Fitness has been. It's been 4 months so far and I've accelerated in my performance. My endurance is way up. I manage to cut my half marathon time by 25 minutes. I thought I was going to lose my muscle mass but I was able to keep it and still gain strength. So the guidance was really good and worked. I guess whatever people are trying to achieve, personal training really helps. And Sunnyvale Fitness has nice trainers and less expensive than other clubs. So I would recommend it.
