MyShareRide.com allows you to share rides to Chicago airports and split the fare. You get picked up in a Town Car so the vehicle is really nice and it still costs less than a cab. The commute time is really short too since you're matched with only 1 or 2 other passengers, unlike an airport shuttle which takes forever.
