Puget Pets

I want to tell everybody about this company. I love them! Absolutely love them. Late last year, we needed help over Christmas with our crew of cats and dogs. See, were a blended family: my two cats and my fiances cat and two dogs all started living together in early November. Not an easy change for the animals. Right now, we have kind of complex arrangements for what pets are where, how they get fedthe kind of thing you dont want to trust to just anyone. Ruth was amazing at the meeting in understanding the details of the arrangements, plus the idea behind what we were doing. Ruth arranged for a sitter who was an animal trainer finishing up her certifications, and even had a couple of great thoughts about how we could make things work even more smoothly for the crew and for us. And heroicI mean heroic, about not missing a visit over Christmas despite all the weather, snow, ice, etc. Of course we used them again when we headed out for the weekend just the other weekend. A great job again. The sitter is getting to know our crew, and I can tell theyre gaga over her. It is an incredible relief to know that our crazy crew is in such good hands when were gone.

It's my one year anniversary as a dog walk client of Puget Pets and what better way to celebrate than letting everyone know how great it's been! Ruth started working with Roxy when she was only 12 weeks old, when I look back at the pictures of how small she was, it's hard to believe! Today, Roxy is growing up to be a spunky, happy and incredibly well mannered girl. I owe a lot of that to Ruth. For the first six months, she visited Roxy twice a day and was a terrific and calming influence on her. And I appreciated how Ruth encouraged me to let her know what I was working on with Roxy in her obedience training, so Ruth could support that during their time together. I love, love the updates I get every day from Ruththey help me feel like Im really connected to my girl even though I'm not there. In the course of the year, I've recommended Puget Pets to three of my friendsone with a puppy and two with older dogsand theyve all had similar great experiences. I'm thrilled with the service and plan to have Ruth in Roxy's and my life for a long, long time!
