Vision Hyundai

My husband and I purchased a Hyundai Sonata in 2007 and were extremely pleased with the assistance from our salesman, the financial department and the General Manager. The entire process was a pleasure from start to finish. We've used the service department several times for our free oil changes and routine maintenance. Unlike our past vehicles, we did not have to return after the purchase of our new vehicle with a list of needed repairs. Everything on the car worked properly! We've been so pleased with our Hyundai from Vision, that we purchased a 2nd Hyundai Sonata in 2009! Thank you Vision Hyundai!

I love my Santa Fe but I hate going to vision. From what I've heard all of t he vision dealerships care pretty much the same when it comes to cheating and unsuspecting car owner. Every time I go there for my "free oil change with a smile" either something brakes in the car or I leave and find out that what I did fix was completely unnecessary plus way over priced. Just the other day I was at Vision looking at their price comparison board and I realized that they pretty much have the highest price on practically every repair they offer. Why would anyone be willing to compare their prices if they aren't competetive? So if your looking for a car Hyundai's are great but if your looking for good service, then don't go to vision.

I think they suck. I love my SUV but have had nothing but problems with the service department. I hate bringing it there for my scheduled check ups because I either sit there all day long, or they didn't do what I have specifically ask them to do. I have gone to appointments when they said my parts were in, only to find out they were never even ordered. The guys answering the phones have no clue what the guys in the shop are doing. I will NEVER buy a new car from there again.

We just purchased a new Santa Fe at Vision and were very pleased with the whole process. Leonard our salesman was very helpful and tried his best. He had a helper that went over the entire car with us before taking it home. It was first class from beginning until end. We would purchase from there again.
