A good place to go if you are looking for modern furniture. They have a good selection and prices aren't bad. They something for every room in your house. Sales people are helpful but not pushy.

The two reviews that I see are 100% accurate and are not coming from overly pessimistic reviewers. The staff is extremely lazy - I asked a question about a decoration and instead of walking with me to the item they wanted me to go pluck it out of it's setting and bring it to them to see. When I asked about a price they said they were simply unable to find it, thats it, no resolution whatsoever. Not to mention the prices, they are absurd! Extremely overpriced! If you want to pretend like you've got the high end furniture then fine, charge a resonable premium to add to the illusion, but don't ask for a whole 300% more than the going price at other places. People who are shopping for furniture have certainly been to a number of stores to compare, and with their prices I'm surprised they get away with making any sales. Thats why they need to charge absurd restocking fee's and cancelation fees. I think that must be their only real form of profit.

Wish there is a ZERO or NEGATIVE star!

First of all, staff is lazy and cold. I was at the store last weekend shopping for a sofa set. One of the most important thing when one is buying sofa is the dimension, which were not posted at all. When I asked one staff to help me measure, he said he was busy and walked away. Then I had to go find another staff to help me, that poor lady had to walk around with me with her measuring tape to measure everything I was interested for me.

I decided on a bench, which they carry almost nothing in stock. I was told that I had to wait for warehouse to deliver to their store. Before I even picked it up, I found something almost identical for almost 50% less, so I tried to cancel my order. It was the third day, and I have not picked up the mechandise yet, and they wanted to charge me a crude and unethical 30% restocking fee and other 70% would have to be in store credit. Ridiculous! I can understand a 10% restocking fee for open items, but for something that I never owned????

Bottom line - DON'T GO THERE! You will find other stores with similar stuff for 50-70% cheaper!
