Mac 5 Bikes

Last year I purchased my first triathlon bike from Chris(the owner) and I can't begin to tell you how wonderful these people are and how great they have treated me. You can trust them. Their service and mechanics are just superior. I highly recommend them. They gave me a great price and I have referred many people to Mac5.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! There's no other word. Having been a lifelong cyclist, starting in England and continuing for the past 20 years in the US, I've used several shops, including others in the Rochester area. None equal the professionalism, knowledge, and the concern that the customer get the product or service that suits their needs. I've now made many purchases from Mac5, including a high-end road bike. If you're in the market for a new bike, need a tune-up on your existing bike, or are having problems when riding, stop in and see them. Highly recommended.

I stopped in one Sunday back in the spring hoping to get some help with my tire. The owner of the store stopped doing what he was working on (another repair, I believe) and helped me with my tire. He spent 5 - 10 minutes on my tire and fixed it. When I offered to pay for it he refused and just said please tell others about my store. Thank you.
