One of Harlem's finest dining establishment. I come all the way from Brooklyn after Sunday service just to have lunch. They truly bring the southern style cuisine to NYC and their servers are courteous and accomodating. I recommend the Terry Rivers entree.

I went with my husband and twins and the food is great! Real southern style and plentiful. We had to bring some home! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the Harlem area who wants tasty southern cuisine and a moderate price.

This is a very plain kind of looking place, but the food is great and really old southern comfort food. I never would have gone if not for www.newnewyorker.com now I take friend's up there too. I am even planning a surprise party for friends. The food is really good, I say "watch out Sylvia's" The ribs are to kill for.
