I don't have time for all the details of my situation but I will say this. This company prides itself on charging you fees for everything and fixing nothing they are terrible. I moved out 5 days before my lease was over and got a bill for $7500 because they tried to say I moved out early. Advertising fees break lease fees etc.... They have been nothing but a headache. RUN RUN RUN!!!!!!!!! We rented from this company for over a year. We got a notice that the house we were renting was being auctioned off, forclosed on. We called them and they said they knew nothing about it. When the house was forclosed on, we had to leave and they kept our security deposit. I later found out that we should have gotten it back. When we asked for it bak, they sent us a statement showing they charged us for the rent of the month the house was forclosed on. It was sold on the 6th of the month. Read your tenant landlord law and know your rights. These people are horrible crooks.

I don??t know where to start with this company. Go. Renter was very easy to rent a house from. They didn??t check my credit all they wanted was to see my employment records. Go Renter has several employees who are assigned to renters. Whenever a tenante wants to speak with a Go. Renter agent they have to leave a message. Go. Renter employees are bullies and they are scandalous. They will take every penny from you without any remorse. Go Renter charges a $50 late fee at midnight on the 1st. Even if the 1st is on a holiday or Sunday. They are money hungry crooks who take advantage of renters. They don??t care about the home owners all they care about is getting paid. Darcy was an agent of Go. Renters who were cold hearted. I specifically called Darcie and told her that I sent in the rent on the 1st and it didn??t post till the 2nd and I was charged $125 in late fees from paying one day late. I cried because I didn??t have the funds to pay the extra money but Darcie didn??t care. Go Renter don??t care about people. They have no customer service skills after they get you to sign the contract. After the 2nd day of the month Go. Renter than charges a $25 certified letter that tells you that you are late. Than its also an additional $10 everyday after the 1st of the month. They give no grace period at all. I feel sorry for people who don??t even receive their checks until the 3rd day of the month. If someone is trying to pursue a claim for this company please contact me. I would love to get in this law suit. This company has robbed so many people and someone needs to put a stop to it.

You all must READ what you are signing!! They are able to continue to operate simply because there are so many lambs left to slaughter. People with bad credit will continue to rent from these people, let's face it... they are more prone to NOT READ, they have Horrible credit, SO .. they have little choice but to get involved with this company. And as an owner you get HORRIBLE tenants. Owners looking to save a dollar fall for the 50 dollar a month management offer without reading about annual fees and non-refundable deposits !?! As owners you allow them to spend your money (up to 400 dollars) without your permission. Owners and tenants fall for the same marketing garbage Gorenter employs. Gorenter uses late fees and annual fees to spend THOUSANDS of dollars a month on computer geeks to hide these reviews so that all you see is smoke and mirrors!! Ads that offer tenants FREE MONTHS or FREE Management to Owners..

This is a very bad company. Do not get involved with them. At first, they promise you the best, they are attentive and appear professional. Please do not we fooled like we were. They have a ridiculous contract (read it thoroughly), charge hidden, fake fees and bully their customers.
Read the reviews, look them up through the Better Business Bureau and know these are all real people who have been taken by these people.

Predatory lenders were run out of Arizona a number of years ago.....Well, they are back, in the form of property management. This new breed of property management preys on the mid to low income families that do no have the resources to fight them. They are pleasant and nice to get you in, but then distant, difficult, and rude. They have a method of fees based around AZ tenant law that almost works perfectly, almost. What they miss, the part that matters, 'act in good faith'. This they fail at utterly.

The tactics they implement......'stall, distort, deny, and threaten.' They start by shutting off any form of payment other than cashier's check or money order on the fifth. Not necessarily a problem, however, they do NOT accept partial payments and while you are talking to the individual at Gorenter, the fees are ticking. So when you get off the phone or get the email response and arrive at the location to pay with said cashier's check or money order, the balance is different, 'so sorry, go get more.'

I have told my story before and i get a common reaction, 'why would a company refuse payment?' They immediately start eviction proceedings, we had our first filed within 3 weeks of living in the residence, we didn't even realize we were late on anything. No worries though, get caught up, and all is well. Except you cannot get caught up. Our rent was basically a $1,000.00, give or take. December of '12, through their delay tactics, $1,000 turned into 2,100.00. The last month, I was absolutely done, and said, 'i'm fighting this time.' Went to court, the Judge even stated on the record, Gorenter is acting unethically and against fair business practices.....and followed it with, 'Stop It".....He struck through their fees and fines, balance owed, $790. Guess what, they refused to accept it if we didn't pay the rest of that were negated by the Judge. Their in-house counsel told me, 'I don't care what the Judge ordered, pay it or we will proceed with the eviction.' They evicted us because we refused AND pocketed the $790. Amazing but it gets better.

This story is long and boring but the bottom line..........We moved out in Jan '12, my wages are being garnished for 6K+ because they refused to apply money they had from us in hand to our account, then run back to court randomly and up the balance after the statute of limitations had expired.

They are a wonderful company that really cares. Now, why you ask are they doing this. Well........6k is 6 months rent for little to no work. Years later, so if they turn over three or four tenants in a year......They now have 5-7 individuals like me by law paying them without hassle......on the same residence....give it a couple years and you could have a couple dozen paying you on the same residence....That is so much more productive than having 1 Happy Tenant. Seriously, instead of 1k per month in actual rent.....They are making 10s of thousands in delayed rent on the same property

Oh.....and don't try to find an attorney, for some reason, every attorney I inquired about this case told me, 'sucks to be you, just pay the garnishment and chalk it up as a learning lesson'.....Guess they have greased the right palms.

Hidden fees, false charges and negative customer service. They are the 1% that give people a bad name. Negative stars. You are better off finding good owner and renting direct.

If there was a minus stars thats what I would choose. They are ALL crooks. From the person you talk to with the first contact to the the owner of the LLC. They rented out our property to a person who they said they "check out" and he ended up being one of those people who steals credit cards and buys stuff. This guys is now in (PRISON) They still have about $1400 of our money that we are trying to get back for rent they collected and then put a bunch of late fees and "Legal costs" on and we never saw the money. Having them as a management company is much WORSE than any non paying rentering. I can't believe that this company is still in business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY or you will have lots of HEADACHES. You are better off renting your property yourself. If you are a person who is looking to rent choose someone else. If you go with this company you will curse that fact that you didn't take this review seriously.

I would never rent from them or have them rent out a house of mine areagain. I don't know if they are just incompetent or crooked, but I suspect they are strong portions of both. Having had them rent out our house to people, we saw how quick they were to turn everything into fines. They are very strong armed to renters and owners. They will tell you one thing and do another. When we were talking to their sales rep., before renting the house out, the man said that they like to have it for sale as well, because they can get higher rents , and that the renter will hardly ever be able to but it. They seemingly try to turn anything they can into a punitive action(accompanied by fines, of course) with owner or renter. Apparently they make more money knowing how to work the legal system to bully their way to more income for them. If you are still thinking of contracting with them to rent out a house you own, make sure you carefully read the contract, especially about the fees they have when you discontinue working with them.

They took a friend of ours to court to collect fees, they added on, when the friends lost their house to foreclosure. The owner having lost their job was barely hanging on to the house, getting by as long as rent was coming in. Gorenter let the renter move out still owing rent, while having piled up HOA fees by letting everything die, leaving the house messed up. Yet they also gave the renter their deposit back. With no money to clean up the house and still make the house payment, the owners had to let the house go. Gorenter then said that the owners owed them money and started piling on fees. We were told that Gorenter probably later went after the renter to collect the missed rent payments plus the added fines.

Go Renters jack up charges. They charge $35 dollars for a certified letter. They don't insure that new tenants aware that if you are one day late they charge late fees and that those fees could be more than 5% of the rental fees. All should read their authorization statement before you sign up for auto pay. If they charge for every little thing you will never now what they will be taking out of your account each month and will not be able to balance your checking account.

These people are the worst! Since January 1st was a holiday and they didn't receive my rent until Monday. They charged a late fee. I ignored the late fee until June and then they went back and took $528 out of my deposit, one day late for every day for six months. All for one day late! All other months were on time. I should have read the contract more closely. That was my mistake. My other mistake was getting mixed up with these people. Numerous attempts to call and speak to someone were to no avail. I spoke to the Phoenix rental relations office and when I told them I was with Gorenter her first words were, "God help you." They should be called Norenter as in no renter in the right mind would rent from them.

If you wish to visit a house without a licensed real estate person, just call GoRenter up and ask for the lock box code. They gave me it without any prior check out of who I was.

Also, any rental company that requires you to notify them of all the things wrong with the house within 24 hours of putting a deposit down PRIOR to the application being approved and prior to signing a lease are up to something.

You realize what they are up to when you see the actual contract. Yep, lots and lots of non refundable deposits. And, if you back out, yep they take your deposit that you put down prior to signing the lease!

Most likely they have NOT cleaned the place. The water may be turned off if any of there are any issues with washer, faucets, toilets etc .. in order to cover this up so you get to fix them. After signing a lease 24 hours has expired typically after putting the initial deposit down, hence, the house is "as is" so don't bother calling maintenance because at least one woman their will just tell tall ones left and right.

When you move out ... don't bother trying to schedule a walk through as "they don't schedule walk throughs". They will call you when they are on their way there.

STAY AWAY........

We had had countless probems with this house that Gorenter put us in. The cooler was constantly breaking down, the electric sockets kept going dead, leaks kept springing up in the roof. Our attempts at contacting, and talking to anybody besides the answering machine was meet with frustration. At one point in August, we went without A/C for three day's, our house got up to 105 deg. inside temp. Gorenter didnt even care. When we had a maint. issue of a leak in our closet, we called on a monday. We waited around that entire day, no one. Tuesday we waited around, no one. I had to go to work the next day, so I called Gorenter to let them know I will not be home. So, my luck have it, Wed. the maint. guy shows when Im at work. Gorenter tried to charge us for the maint call. I asked if we can get somebody to tune-up our cooler before the hot Arizona summer was here, Gorenter said that we would have to pay for it. They would rather the appliance break down then maintane it to prevent it from breaking down, after all, they don't have to live there, but we do!! The electrician! Oh I almost forgot about him. He came in to check out our outlets. He didn't know what he was doing. I guess that was because before he was the electrician, he was a customer service person, answering phone calls, and making appointments. In short, They are there as a rental company, but don't expect them to be prompt with maintanance issues. Expecting too much, you will get very little.

This company treats its owners as badly as its tenants. DO NOT use them either way. All they do is lie, cheat and steal. I don't understand how they are still in business. It's one big family of liars and cheats, from the top to the bottom. I am willing to join any class action and I am filing a complaint with the attorney generals office, as should anyone ripped off by them. if you are a renter or an owner, you have already been ripped off.

PLEASE, if you think you have had a positive experience, and you are not one of Bosworth family incognito posting to help him, do research!! and get the heck out of there.
The Arizona Corporation Commission is after the family of fraud and White Crime is hard to attack until the victims are way past ruined. I know, I am one of them. "Gorenter Founder Mark Bosworth Accused of Ripping off Investors" posted in July of 2008. Legal records show the 17 million dollar law suit he lost for forging signatures. Read the comments about family members still involved in GoRenter (AKA Property Masters, Home America, Bosworth and Associates. His brother in Tucson was also shut down in his business. But I hear that he is repenting his mis deeds.

Widows and the poor are eating out of dumpsters and losinavis g their faith in religion and mankind because of this guy and team. A good con might let a few people prosper in order to blindly lead others to the prey. Many are too embarrassed to speak up beause of his threats, and because of religious reasons.

Any realtors that think he is good, list your name so people can stay clear of you. Alan Davis is family so don't trust him. Arizona Board of Realtors knew about this and let it drag.

This is for Dominic D in Re: to your deposit ! in the state of AZ the landlord or management company has 14 days after you deliver possession of the premises to return your deposit in full; or deliver to you an itemized written notice of the damages or unpaid rent that to which the deposit has been applied along with the remaining amount. Since the court order them to return your deposit and not hold you responsible...you have the right to sue them in small claims court to recover NOT only your full deposit BUT twice the amount wrongfully withheld. 1st, write them a certified return receipt letter to show that they rightfully owe you back your deposit and give them a time frame, stating that you are aware of your rights as a tenant and demand the return of your deposit that they have wrongfully withheld. If not received with in a specified time frame please be sure to take all documents including the one from the last judge proving that the case was on your side and your receipt showing that the letter was in fact received by the landlord or company requesting return of a deposit in your favor and owed to you... and get your money! Trust me on this, I had to get my deposit back from a landlord who trumpted up charges to keep my money, I just proved to be smarter and more detailed in my review of everything they submitted than they had anticipated ! I did get every pretty penny back in deed with out going to court, but I had to put up a fight and I did'nt back down! also, City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services, downtown City Hall will guide you and help you if need be. GET YOUR MONEY ! Personally I have used GoRenter and I have not had a problem yet with money... However I understand, because of my experience first hand.

RUN NOW!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PPL THEY ARE CROOKS AND SCAM ARTISTS. Renting from these people is a nightmare, they will tell u what u want to hear to reel u in then good luck trying to get a hold of anyone after you sign a contract. Elise Kowan, David and everyone els there are crooks. They are the most evil coldhearted ppl we had ever had to deal with in our lives! I honestly do not know how they are allowed to do buisness at all. There is no such thing as customer service it is like they are all trained to try to squeeze out every last dime out of there renters. Any good reviews are written by there employees. Look a little deeper and you will find the truth!

I recently found a home for rent in Arizona using GoRenter.com. I first visited their website and quickly found a home that looked great. We went and looked at the property and decided it wasn't for us and that is when the property manager we were working with learned what we wanted and found us a home that matched our criteria. I was thankful for the help because I am so busy with work that this made our search fast...and we found what we wanted! I know how valuable a referral / recommendation can be and that is why I wanted to post this on the internet. So far I am very happy with the level of service we have received from GoRenter.com and their property managers. It made finding a home for rent in Arizona quick and easy.

I was searching online for homes for rent in Arizona when I found GoRenter.com. I searched their website (which was awesome because they have this map that allows you to quickly find available rental homes by area) and found a couple of homes that I really liked. I had a bad experience with another propery manager at my last rental so I googled "GoRenter.com" and found all of these reviews. At first I was nervous because the reviews were mixed but as I read them I realized all the negative reviews were from renters that were not paying their rent on time (which of course they are getting charged extra fees). Obviously this pissed them off so they went online to complain. I decided to call GoRenter and go see the houses and their staff was so friendly and knowledgable I was very impressed. They took their time to find me the perfect rental home in Arizona and their contracts were easy to understand.

I have had a good experience with this property management company (unlike the last one) and wanted to share it with anyone else looking online for a home for rent in the Phoenix area!

Hope this helps,

As a real estate investor my number one concern was finding tenants that would pay on time and would take good care of my property. I choose GoRenter because I saw their advertisements in the newspaper and thought to myself if they are advertising this aggressively they probably have tons of qualified tenants to choose from and I was right! So far I have had them rent out three of my properties and each one has a great paying tenant in them at competitive market rents. I am very happy with their customer service and their maintenance department has handled every issue quickly and efficiently.
I would recommend GoRenter to any real estate investor searching for a qualified tenant and good property management company in the Phoenix - Metro area.

I have rented from Gorenter since 11/2008. The day I moved in there was roaches running all over the house. I had no heating for 7 days and the kitchen sink and dishwasher was blocked for 15 days ( the first 15 days) I had to pay for the service fee for two repairs and great deal of my time and energy to accomplish that- Gorenter did not return phone calls or e-mails. The yard was over grown and they would not clean up the yard. I have citrus trees and both need pruning- a cost of over $500- they refuse to pay for the pruning. In June of 2009, a water leak in one of the bedrooms started and it took ME four days of calls and e-mails to have the leak repaired ( I paid the service fee again). The repair left a 2x2 plus hole in the ceiling--venting AC into the attic-- IT TOOK 56 DAYS- and multiple calls and e-mails and finally I held back rent and finally they sent out thier "maintaince person" out to repair the ceiling. My electric bill for those 56 days was over $800 dollars. Its sad a company can treat renters in such a way. I had to threaten Gorenter with a law suit before they would repair the ceiling.

I used GoRenter.com to find my rental home and they had some of the best customer service I have ever experienced with a property management company. Maybe my experience was unique, but they treated me great and really helped us sift through their large inventory until we found the perfect home. I really want to make a special mention about Dhana Groffore and Joe Eimone who were both exceptional employees. If the whole company is as outstanding as those two everyone should use GoRenter.com for their rental needs!

I rented a home in Tolleson from GoRenter.com and right after I moved in there was a problem with the garage door. I called GoRenter and they immediatly sent out someone to fix the garage door. I appreciated their quickness to my situation. About two months later the air conditioning unit stopped working and they also responded quickly and got my air working again.

I see that there are a lot of people with mixed experiences with this company, but so far they have treated me and my family extremely well and have exceeded our expectations of what a property management company should act like. I suspect the people on here that are having a problem with the company are the same ones that pay their rent late or forget to mow their grass and get complaints from HOA's!

I recommended GoRenter.com to my cousin and he found a rental home within hours due to their large selection of properties!

Signed a lease back in April, property had just gone up and there were a couple things that needed fixing, which they assured would be taken care of before we moved in, but we thought the property was a great deal and signed a year lease. Pool was green when we moved in, said they'd fix the pump, but wouldn't pay for the green pool cleaning. So we took care of it, its $300 for a green pool cleaning mind you. They told us they had fixed the pump, skipping the finer details, it wasn't. Finally got them to send someone out after over a month of calls, mind you the pool had turned NASTY by this time, you could walk on the surface, but they refused to pay to actually clean the pool. So couple days before the pump was supposed to be fixed I paid for a $300 acid wash, a $200 water bill, and a $100 chemical bill. No one showed, took another 2 weeks to get someone out there to finally fix it, and the pool was green AGAIN. This time they paid for the green pool cleaning. Oh thanks! How generous.
Now, we moved in mid April, on the first of May we dropped off our rent at their office in Phoneix in the form of a check. First of June comes along and we again drop off our rent in the form of a check, we thought everything was fine. June 5th I get a letter in the mail saying they say they can't accept my payment as a check to my outstanding balance of over $2600, it needs to be in cash or money order. Mind you my rent is $875 a month. So I rush to their office and tell them there was some sort of mistake. Apparently my check for MAY rent had bounced, which still baffles me as I had double my rent payment in my Bank of America account, its the 5th of JUNE and I'm just learning this. So I had late fees for the entire month of May, court fees, totaling over $500, for a court date I had no idea about and missed (they say I was served), fees for a bounced check, and double fee's for my now late JUNE rent. I asked why they couldn't have picked up the phone on May 2nd and called when the check bounced, as I would have been there asap with cash. Their only reply was they 'Don't call when checks bounce, you were served'. I still haven't seen any court papers, I thought those were supposed to be hand delivered? Mind you we were calling them almost everyday for the pool, they never told us anything when talking to them. Maybe it was all just a mix up, but a small part of me feels like I've been scammed, how could it be a coincidence? It sucks, and it cost me ALOT of money.
So, in order to not get evicted, I paid the fees. And I now hand deliver my rent every month in the form of a money order. Just hope its all in the past cause I've got 7 more months with them...

If its anything like gorenter.com in the past you are screwed. I actually was sued by them in Nov 07. They sent me a renewal letter after we gave 30 day notice, charge 2 months rent along with late fees, attorney fees, processing fees, lunch money(ok thats a joke). But you catch the drift. Because of this, they never refunded my deposit. So I go to court with all my needed documents, of course copies for them too. They were shocked! So they decided to drop the case, cool. So before leaving I ask the Gorenter Rep about my deposit and was told, oh don't worry, we will have that out to ASAP. Nothing came in the mail. So 2 weeks later I call and I'm told that my deposit was refunded to the homeowner since they no longer manage this home and I would need to contact him. I replied that I had not signed a lease with homeowner. I took them to court in Nov 2008 and sued for my deposit beck and the judge ruled in my favor. The Rep for Gorenter was whining and arguing and saying they were not the same company, which blew me away! He said they bought Gorenter.com/Home America and they are now Gorenter.com LLC; The judge was not too happy with Their Rep, Greg was his name. Even when walking out, he was arguing with me and telling me I would never see a penny. Well so far, he is right. I have not seen a red cent from them. And quiet honestly I'm sick and tired of even thinking about this. Gorenter.com, Property Masters, Home America, with or without Mark B.

The day will come where they have to answer for all their wrong doings! I'm ready to participate in legal action against these people once again.

If you think you can help me with this process, Post and I will read. I will check every single day for new postings.
All I want is what's owed to me. They refuse to pay, but that will change!!!

Be wary about their service. Include a contract addendum for important property details. They have poor communication when tenants have problems. There are lots of fees that they ding you with associated with everything from marketing to clean up to this and that. They will also charge you annual fees twice in a year. They will also raise fees any time. They are crazy militant about collecting rent and fining tenants. Mine moved out because they fined them $200 for being late. If you have a ghetto property, Gorenter is the manager for you! However, they will charge you about $600 at the start for "marketing" which is a yard sign and their website listing. I had to list my property myself on craigslist.com!
They do have great accounting though. :-)

Had a great experience with GoRenter.com as they quickly got my three rental properties rented for above market rents. They had great customer service and actually helped me understand how to be a better investor by explaining the in's and out's of the property management process as well as helping me get an understanding of local rental rates! I was recommended to take my rentals to gorenter.com and I am glad that I did...know I highly recommend them to others as well. Website is www.GoRenter.com and they phone number is 602-512-4406.

This company will do anything to avoid giving good service to a renter. From the very beginning I had to struggle to get the type of service I am used to receiving from other rental companies Upon arrival there were bugs and dirt everywhere in the apartment, broken appliances, missing keys, and paint supplies everywhere. Getting in contact with a manager takes at least a week only after numerous calls, emails, etc. More often then not I have been told that they are unable to help me or reimburse me for missing pipes, cockroaches that were in the apartment when moving in, and broken washers and dryers. Not only that, but I receive bills and fees that are totally bogus! Moving out now, would not recommend GoRenter to my worst enemy. I will be surprised if they dont find a reason to keep my security deposit. Beware!

Got a great deal and a great price. Maybe people had trouble with GoRenter in the past but they were pretty awesome to me. I walked in, looked at homes and they helped me find the right one. It was an easy 30 minutes and done.

This company is being managed by Alan Davis and Berne Fleming who have been running and managing it for the last 4 years (this includes all of the time of fraud and investigation and illegal activity-yes...same people). Alan's wife (Debbie), sister (Emily) and kids, cousins and church friends all run it. Berne Fleming's daughter is the head property manager there her name is Ronnele.Talk about a bunch of frauds and liars. He posted above that it was new management and new people running this company, no it's not. I regret referring people here. The most horrible service, the contracts and promises they make are all lies and they have hidden charges and unauthorized fees that they constantly debit your account for. Alan Davis drove trucks and Berne Fleming managed a pizza parlor before this, no wonder it is such a disaster.I have had the worst experience of my life dealing with the employees and management at this company, and I was actually referred by friends/family who all like myself now deeply regret working with GoRenter.com.There are many other, more reliable and honest companies out there who can help tenants and owners, don't let the false promises of this place fool you. Also, their property managers are not licenced and they disguise it by calling the customer service reps, check out their violations with the Arizona Department of Real Estate if you want proof of their multiple violations and illegal acts. I don't know how they are still in business.

Business Response:

Unfortunate Review GoRenter.com LLC is committed to providing the highest level of customer support, the finest homes & the best prices in Arizona. This person had an unfortunate incident and is taking it out on us personally. There are over 50 residential and commercial leasing agents; 5 IT personnel and plenty of people that are not related to Berne or Alan. This person feels we are all somehow inter-related which is simply false. We welcome his review but ask you to form your own opinion. Check out GoRenter.com today if you are looking for a great home!

Since the end of 2008 GoRenter.com LLC has been under new Ownership & Brokerage. The previous reviews were certainly valid under the past group but our 50 agents want to work on any problem you have. We offer the highest quality lease or property management options. Managing over 2000 properties throughout Arizona!

GoRenter.com LLC has been known by many names in the past (Property Masters of America, Home America Property Management) but now is entirely separate from them. Mark Bosworth is not associated or affiliated with GoRenter.com LLC in anyway.

My husband and I entered into a contract with Home America that changed it's name immediately to GoRenter. The down was $4150.00. That's a lot of cash, but we thought we were making an investment into buying the home. They told us the house had a washer/dryer, it did not. They told us our rent was late. It was not. The fees alone equaled a car payment for us. It was never itemized or substantiatied in a way as we asked. When there were serious problems with the plumbing and termites, they told us they we were treat it like owners and pay for it ourselves but they wanted us to us their repair people that charge four times more than others. When the house was appraised it appraised for $150,000.000 less than what they wanted, but we were told we can only buy the house for that amount, but we would not and can not get a loan for more than appraisal but that much! Also, they have been sued and just keep changing their name. We were quickly evicted after trying to pay just the rent and not the unsubstantiated fees, we managed to live paying rent elsewhere with no problems for years until we signed with them. NEVER AGAIN! You can look up their name or names at www.ripoffreport.com . They claim that you can own a house through them by renting, but I have yet to find anyone that has actually been able to get that to happen since their system is fixed to not allow it. and I have yet to hear of anyoe being happy with their experience with this company whatever name they are using at the time: Home America, GoRenter, Mark Bosworth properities. etc.

Two years ago I entered into a contract with this company on a lease / purchase arrangement for a home in Surprise, AZ. Soon after moving in, a series of unusual things began to happen regarding our relationship with Gorenter. First, after mailing our rent to their office many days in advance, we would later receive notice that it was late, so we were penalized with late fees. This occurred several times. We began hand delivering our monthly payments to the Gorenter office in Peoria and on one occasion were told that they do not accept payments on a walk in basis. We still walk it in anyway. Second, on two occasions our rent had suddenly and without warning gone up by $200 dollars. When i went into the Gorenter office for an explanation, they had none, they would simply deduct the overcharge without question and go about their business. Finally, the home is now in foreclosure AND it will be auctioned in July. Gorenter could'nt sell us this home anyway!

I was shocked to see the big selection that gorenter.com has for rental homes in Arizona. They not only had great deals on their rental homes, but great quality homes. They have a easy to use website, and a big team of knowledgeable agents. It was super easy to get qualified, and I had my keys in 1 hour! www.gorenter.com
