The wait was long and service was terrible. The only reason i had been going to this place was because my son had liked a particular stylist - whom i recently found out, is no longer working there. When i asked if there was a way to contact this woman i was rudely told that they dont keep up with ex-employes lives. Another thing i wasreally bothered by was the stylist using the same comb on two different children without even rinsing or sterilizing it! They wont be seeing me there ever again.

We had been going here for a while, because my son loved it. I suffered through subpar haircuts to make him happy. We finally filled the little card for a free cut - and the woman didn't know how to input it in the register!! She asked me to use it next time and pay today. I've left a message for the manager, and tried to contact them through the website, which seems to not really exist anymore. Bottom line is don't waste your time or money here - it's not worth it.

Thought I would pay extra for the experience for my son. He really enjoyed all the extras, but the stylists both times were horrible. Language barrier made things difficult and the haircuts needed correcting afterwards. They weren't what we asked for either time. Not going to try it again. Too bad they can't find good stylists that are worth the extra money. It is a great themed franchise. Too bad.

My kid had always been afraid of haircuts. So I figured I'd take him to First Cut Hair Salon. He loved the fact that he can watch his favorite TV station - Nick Jr. He sat in a rocketship and watched Wonder Pets. I asked the lady about to cut his hair if she could give him a fade. She didn't seem to understand. Sure enough, she barely cut my kid's hair. It was all crooked and still very long! I always give $5 tip for a haircut, so I ended up paying $27. My kid did have fun after all. We got home and I buzzed his hair and gave him the fade I was asking for. Thank goodness he didn't fidget nor cried. Now that he realized that haircuts don't hurt, I'll be cutting his hair from now on. First Cut Hair Salon should pay me for repairing the bad hair job.

I loved this personalized hair salon for kids especially for the first hair cuts. The cute spaceship chairs and video monitors keep children occupied and actually enjoy a hair cut. The price is reasonable especially due to the fun atmosphere that is created. Staff is professional even when dealing with a crying child getting ready for his first hair cut. I am a loyal customer that would go back there again

Are you kidding a kids haircut for $22.00? You can go to any barber shop and have your kids hair cut for $12-$15. Unless your children can't get away from video games and T.V. then I guess it's worth the extra 50% in price.
