Day Spa 255-William McBroom

I've seen improvement since getting several micro-facials over the last 2 months. My skin feels better, and more importantly looks better. She gave me a deep hydrating cleanse which lessened my fine lines. My skin feels softer and smoother than it has in years.

After the micro, I got the facial, which comes with it (I think?). Felt great.

I had blackheads on my nose before, but the micro-facial took them away. Didn't realize how much I hated them until they were gone.

My skin feels so good, and 2 friends have told me this (without being prompted!)...

My skin is oily, so she used different creams and hydrators specific to oily skin.

I recommend Day Spa 255 if you're not happy with your skin and want it to look and feel better.

Relaxed atmosphere - not uptight or pretentious. Great staff - I recommend Kristin for massage, and Debbie or Greg for hair. I always leave feeling good about myself. The location is good because it's near University Mall and Eastgate. Anyway, I recommend it!

"I couldn't find anyone to get my hair right after moving to the Durham area - until I found William at Day Spa 255. He gets my hair, and consulted with me to give me the right color and shape to complement my features. Plus, he's fun. I've thanked the friend who referred me, and thought William and Day Spa 255 needed a "shout out." Thanks.

Several high maintenance girlfriends and I were highly satisfied with our Spa Day - with facials, massages, and manicures. The staff walked us through things, made us feel good, and did a great job, and were fun!!!. I defintely plan on going back and would recommend this place to anyone. We didn't have our hair done, but the salon area, which is separate, seemed busy. The Spa area is separate, and has its own waiting area, which was more relaxing and private.

My wife is in medical school here in Chapel Hill and does not have very much time off to spend time on herself with her demanding schedule. For our anniversary I purchased her a package that included a manicure/pedicure and a facial. She used the manicure/pedicure when she had time and then had boards etc. so was unable to use the facial for a good while. She went to redeem her gift card and the owner told her she would have to pay half of the facial b/c of the time it had been since the purchase. She is not confrontational at all and could not reach me so proceeded to get her facial. The lady that gave the facial was excellent and when she proceeded to meet the owner up front she called me and was able to reach me, and explain what the OWNER had told her about paying half of the facial. I asked her to put me on the phone with him and explained to him calmly that I had already paid for the facial in full and that nowhere on the card did it say a time limit, and that I shouldn't have to pay again for something I had already paid for. Immediately as a child would have a temper tantrem, He proceeded to YELL at me and tell me fine its free (which is RIDICULOUS) as I had already paid for it IN FULL and he hung up on me with my wife's cell phone and TOSSED it at her and YELLED AT HER TO "GET OUT NOW", JUST GET OUT, ITS FREE!!!! Multiple times. She politely asked him if she could tip the lady who gave her facial and she did. She proceeded to come to me in tears over the way he treated her.

I was trying to do something kind for the woman I love and have a relaxing experience after all the stress she puts up with and I will never support such a terrible business owner such as the owner of Day Spa 225. I will tell everyone I know this story and how he treated my wife and will never return until he manages his business into the ground and there is new ownership.
