River Ranch Animal Hospital

Our 6 month old longhair dachshund, Bridget, was VERY sick. She was vommiting and later had diarrhea. We called our vet clinic that we had for over 10 years for all our animals, and they told us there was no way they could see our baby. I explained how sick she was and another person came on the line and said they just had no spots open. I told them that the last few times I had gone to them, it's very difficult to get an appointment, and they said yes, their business has really grown. Now, I didn't want special treatment for being with them for 10 years, but this was a very sick dog and I didn't know if she'd make it. Sorry, no openings! I then called Dr. Teliha's office, explained the situation and they got me an appointment right away for that same morning. I arrived 45 minutes early and they even got me in early! They gave Bridget medication to keep her hydrated and even called the next day to check on her! I can't say enough about the kindness of EVERYONE!!! The receptionist listened and was so compassionate, the techs held her and loved on her and Dr. Teliha not only treated her, she listened, answered my worries and truly cared. The whole facility was immaculate and did not have that "vet clinic" smell. Much love and thanks to Dr. Teliha and her staff!!!
