My wife and I used Bruner Powell Robbins Wall & Mullins to represent us in a fraudulent real estate investment scheme. We live in Utah and worked with Ron Robbins who helped to release us from financial responsibility for several properties in South Carolina. This is the first time I have ever needed an attorney and I am glad we found Ron. My wife and I were very pleased with our experience. He was personable on the telephone and yet extremely professional, knowledgeable and comforting. He kept us updated as developments occurred and brought a satisfactory resolution in an acceptable time frame. I would use Mr. Robbins again and would definitely recommend his services to others.

I recently used the services of Bruner Powell Robbins Wall & Mullins to litigate on property which did not satisfy federal requirements of the Land Sales Act. I'm based in the UK with property in Columbia and prior to engaging Mr. Robbins services I called a number of other attorneys in the local area but most seemed to be most interested in getting a retainer before giving me any help on what my options were. However from the first conversation right through to the conclusion of this matter Mr. Robbins was professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and felt that he fully understood the problems I had. He fully researched and provided me with all of the possible outcomes and gave me all the options I needed to make an informed decision as to the best way forward. The matter concluded very satisfactorily and at a point when I was ready to give up Mr. Robbins negotiated with the other party to strike a settlement which was quite a result. I would use Mr. Robbins again and would definitely recommend his services to anyone needing an attorney.
Pros: Proffesional and thourough
Cons: none

Excellent balance of focus on detail and overall objective. There are times, in the work place, there is an unexpected crisis or outcome and one has need of immediate advice from Counsel; Mr. Robbins has "always" came to our rescue when those rare occasions occurred. Returns calls and emails promptly. Gives sound legal advice. Very ethical and strong values. Has ability to convey "not so good news" in an objective, honorable manner. "Level" headed. Have used attorneys for 35 years within the healthcare/medical facility arena.
Pros: Quickly grasps desired outcomes while providing appropriate attention to detail
Cons: Compared to his peers, he is celestial in his standards. In the universe of attorneys, this may make him appear out of place.

The few times I have dealt with attorneys, I have always left with a "bad taste in my mouth". They all lived up to the negative reputations that most people hear about them. Ron Robbins was very much the opposite. He is the nicest, most knowledgeabe, thorough, understanding, and humorous attorney that I think exists. I had needed a new will drawn up for quite a number of years....since my divorce in 2003. I kept procrastinating .....mainly because I didn't feel like I had enough knowledge necessary to tell him my desires for the will. From the moment he came into the room, I could tell he was different. He had the most pleasant smile on his face the entire time. He understood that I was uneasy and nervous. His pleasant demeanor quickly took these feelings away. After speaking with him for just a short period, he began telling me the things he thought I should have in my will. The final result was amazing. Ron spent more time on my documents than any other attorney would have. He wasn't stiff like most lawyers are either. His sense of humor made it so enjoyable to work with him; and, yet, he was serious and extremely knowledgable about what he was doing. I would highly recommend Ron to anyone needing an attorney.

I have known Ron for more than 15 years through a mutual friend of ours, who has praised Ron's sincerity and honesty over the years. I got to know Ron a little better from a real estate transaction he closed successfully for my husband and I a few weeks ago.
He is a wonderful negotiator, always calm ,never threatening and very creative. Like he said, and I learned, when there is a deal on the table, there is always room to negotiate.

I have known Mr. Robbins for twenty years (ever since he finished law school). He is very thorough and diligent in his work and conscientious in the truest sense of the word. In the many dealings we have had with him over the years we have been completely satisfied. He is a man of character!
