Honestly, wouldn't recommend him. We called him for Basement Remodeling. He is very short tempered and gets pissed off when you point to his mistakes. Also, without consulting us, he finishes things on his own. When you ask him why he did so, he loses his temper and at times yells at you. Also, charges for redoing his own mistakes.
Has no fixed timing. He comes when he feels like and goes when he needs to. Doesn't pay heed to what you have to say. He cannot suggest changes or makes changes without consulting with the homeowner(s).
Has the opinion that women should not be a part of Decision Making!!!!!
He claims that he follows contract to the word, but that relates only to the dollar amount.
Not a friendly person at all. His work ethics as well as work are not anywhere close to being liked by home owners who end up spending a fortune finishing their basement.
When moving into our new house, we wanted to redo our backyard. We called G4S Construction to help us make a patio, and it looks great! Now our backyard is one of the main attractions in our house!
G4S did my Kitchen, Bathroom, interior painting, roof replacement and other misc jobs for my house. They did an excellent job. They were always responsive, easy to work with and provided value for money.
I contacted G4S construction for a few odd-jobs. Sam was extremely honest and forthcoming about what needed to be done and how he could complete the job. I was extremely impressed with his open and honest approach to each task. He suggested multiple ways to complete each task and discussed the pros and cons of each method. He also was very honest about what his team could and could not do. He completed the work on time. He was very helpful in returning to complete additional tasks that went beyond the original scope of work. I felt that I could easily call on him at anytime and he would do his best to meet my needs.
My experience with G4S was very positive. Sam delivered what he promised and did a great job. He is honest and straight forward. I would certainly use him again for future projects.

Sam did a good job on our attic access stairs. There were a couple difficulties and overall I was satisfied with how they were handled. At the end everything was OK.
Sam and his crew were a pleasure to work with. We would not hesitate to refer them to others or to use them for future needs.
I am very pleased with the interior painting that G4S Construction has provided to us. They were very professional and courteous at all times. The place was left clean. Highly recommended.
They did a great job. Sam always picks up the phone and did exactly what he outlined for the job. I would recommend him to others.
Excellent overall experience. They were helpful in determining the scope of the project and showed up promptly. I wouild use them again.
