We used this company twice to repair our furnace. They seem friendly on the phone, but the service techs really don't know a lot about warranties on specific brands. Do the research yourself. The tech tried to charge us for a repair that was still warranted. Their billing is confusing because they use a flat rate and won't break down the cost of their part versus labor service. Our furnace has broke again, and we will be having them back only because their service is warranted for a year.
