James Ferretti and his team had done excellent job in my kitchen.Granite, tile, recessed lights make big difference in my kitchen. I appreciate for design and professional work.

Working with Custom Tile & Remodeling and James Ferretti was the worst experience Ive ever had with a home remodeling professional.

I contracted with him to do our master bathroom. He never completed the job and the work that he did was substandard to the degree that it damaged my house. I had to hire a capable contractor to redo the work that he and his crews did.

I could write a long article about the horrors of contracting with Custom Tile & Remodeling and James Ferretti. I hope other consumer do not make the same mistake I did. There are plenty of good contractors to consider.

Custom tile & remodeling did a nice job on my bathroom. James Ferretti and his crew worked hard to be on my schedule. Jim had a lot of very creative ideas how to make my bathroom look beautiful on my budget. And he had done it. Jim takes a lot of pride in making his customers happy. Now, every morning when I take a shower I feel thankful to Custom Tile & remodeling. Thank you. Ludmila Mintz

Totally remodeling a bathroom is going to cause a few inconveniences along the way. Jim Ferretti and his crew did his very the best to minimize these. His estimate came in the lowest of the three we had and he completed the job in a week and a half as promised. He was always either on the site or accessible by cell phone. Jim did the tile work himself and subcontracted the plumbing and electrical work. He took pride in his work and helped us through the project with some great ideas. The result was a beautiful new bathroom that we are proud of. I WOULD RECOMMEND CUSTOM TILE & REMODELING to anyone looking for a bath remodel. Dave H.
