I spent over 4 years trying to change my hairstyle and I tried three different hair stylists, but they kept cutting my hair in the same old style. Finally I found Jill (on Citysearch) and she actually listened to me when I explained how I wanted my hair to look. I've had many, many compliments about my hair since she's been cutting it. Plus, she's a really nice person and fun to talk to--I highly recommend her!

I?ve worked and spent my hard earned money in San Francisco for years. Always going to top stylists and paying top dollar to have my locks shining and looking current. I met Jill by chance in a nail salon. I was looking for a new stylist and happen to overhear her talking to another person.
When I went to her very stylish salon, Infinity in Lafayette she talked with me about my hair. She?s the first stylist that didn?t talk poorly about the previous stylist as so many feel the need to do. She was positive, asked questions and went to work beginning with a lavender and eucalyptus oil head massage. YES!

The first haircut I got from her was current and se*y and easy to duplicate. Jill showed me two techniques I could do on my hair to give it volume and keep the color strong. She?s a teacher but with such grace I never felt schooled. The second appt. was color. WOW, Jill uses to latest trendy rich colors and the shine and texture was something I?ve never had. Her prices are ridiculously low for her talent. In today?s climate, she?s a top stylist with super reasonable pricing. I already have another appt. for color for next month. I never do that.

After years of thinking that I'd never learn how to style my own hair (keep it looking good after a hair cut), Jillian has proven that a patient expert can teach even me. She takes the time to explain how and when to use hair styling products and tools, in a way that I'm able to use her techniques at home. When I don't have any fresh ideas but would like a change, she comes up with a style that is new but one I feel comfortable with and suits me. On top of that, she makes going to the hair salon fun.

Well, I've found my Bay area stylist. I'm new to the area, and found Jillian through Citysearch. I agree with the previous glowing reviews. Jillian is precise and puts time and attention to detail to give you the perfect cut that's right for you. Plus her bubbly personality is just icing on the cake. I haven't been this satisfied with a haircut since I left Brooklyn over a year ago, and I'd been to several stylists since then. Love my new cut!

I have been going to Jillian Galli for awhile now, and absolutely love my hair everytime. She has great ideas and suggestions, and is extremely accomodating. I love her cuts and color so much I travel from San Diego to get my hair done!

She's a must!

I found Gillian on City Search. I thought I would give her a try.
I am so glad I did, Gillian had great ideas about my hair and wonderful tips on how to care for my usually
frizzy hair. It has been about three weeks since I got my hair done and I still love it. The colors Gillian chose for my hair are so beautiful and the cut is the best I have ever had. I get alot of great compliments .
My sister also got her hair done at the same time by Gillian and she loves hers as well. We are both looking forward to our next visit . So if you are looking for a great cut and color for a reasonable price with great service Gillian is worth a try.

I just recently moved up here from LA and found Jillian searching through City Search. I made an appointment and she was able to fit me right in to her schedule. I got a terrific hair cut! She got the color right in our first meeting and updated my look with some bangs. I have received so many compliments at work and one of my friends just recently started to go to Jillian as well. I highly recommend her for any hair style or type of hair.

I am so happy to have found Jill. My hair always looks so good after I see her. She is an expert in coloring and up to date in styling. I love the fact that Jill listens to what you want done with your hair and she also give her opinion too! I highly recommend Jill - she is a very experienced hair stylist. Trust me you won't be disappointed!!

Jillian is the one stylist that listens to exactly what your needs are and goes from there. She does exactly what you want unless she feels that an alternate route would be better for you. I love that about her. She acts as the consultant and then let's you make your own decision. Not only are her cuts superb, but her color is to die for!!! She is fabulous and I am a loyal customer.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jill for all your hair needs! She listens to what you want, and then does a fabulous job at achieving it! I took her a picture of an idea, that I hoped would work on me, and she was able to incorporate it to my needs. I like easy to style hair, that looks like I just left the salon. And that it was I got!!

I'm always getting compliments on my great color! Jill has a way of figuring out what will look best and then being able to translate it into reality. She's a great listener and always works with me to figure out what to try next-- it's amazing how just a slight change will have a wonderful effect! Jill is a great stylist and colorist already, but another great thing about her is that she often takes classes to keep up with the latest-- she even went to a "curly" class-- just for me! Jill's fun, no attitude, and I highly recommend her!

I feel so lucky to have found Jillian! I had spent months researching hair extensions and the salons that did them. When I met her for my consultation I immediately felt comfortable with her and could see that she clearly knew her product. I absolutely love what she did for my fine hair with her Tress Allure extensions ! She has been wonderful to work with, and I'd refer her to anyone. I know that she'll be doing my extensions for years to come :o)

I've had a color and style in mind for a few years now. After several failed attemps with several poor stylists I finally found Jill. She gave me the exact results I was looking for and I walked out of her salon with picture perfect results. She listens to what you want and her suggestions are always spot on! Now I just walk in and say "Do whatever you think will look good." I've never trusted a stylist's judgement, taste, and skills as much as hers. As long as I live within a 50 mile radius of Jill Galli, she will be my stylist.

I fully confirm what the other reviewers wrote - Jill is a pro in every sense. Jill has been "managing" my hair for a few years now. Before going to Jill used be constantly be in search for the "perfect" hair cut, but was never satisfied. Now, I know I'm in good hands with Jill because she understands my hair. She very gently guided me to my current hairstyle (which I love). She's an expert at color, cut, and styling. She has a great "chair-side" manner and always makes me feel good with her sunshine-y nature.

I 100% recommend Jill!

Jill is fantabulous! I was referred to her a couple years ago by a friend of mine, and I've been completely happy with my hair ever since. Not only does Jill make my hair look great, but I look forward to my talks with her too (and if you're lucky, you'll catch her on a baking day - love her cookies!). One of the main reasons I keep going back is because Jill's consistent about recommending new styles that would look good on me. I tend to like routine a little too much, and she knows how to gently push me out of a hair rut I might be stuck in. I'm also addicted to the compliments I get on my haircuts & coloring, and I know Jill's talent and spunky style are responsible for these flattering comments, so I'll always be a dedicated customer!
