All I have to say is if you absolutely must be a tenant here, get a lawyer to read over the contract. Management here doesnt follow anything in it, there are way more fees and charges than explained before you move in, and all of the "complimentary services" are broken down or conveniently unavailable when you need them. I am also sorry to say that the owners are slightly racist. Just beware.
