Before working with Dr. Gale, I had not found a psychotherapist I could see working with for the real in-depth work that I knew I needed. 3 years later, and still working with Dr. Gale, my life is coming together in ways I never thought possible. Nothing matches psychotherapeutic work with a master therapist like Dr. Gale.

Excellent Psychologist- Highly Recommended

I use to think my life was, in a way, out of control. I felt like I had to please and cater to several people in my life and I was really stressed out at work. Dr. Gale gave me the tools and guidance to start making changes that I wouldn't have even thought of. This type of hands on help ended up giving me exactly what I needed to make important changes and thus live a more fulfilling life.
Dr. Gale's techniques were specifically directed to my personal needs, we worked as a team (no old school patient couch stuff), and he kept our work focused on the important issues so therapy didn't drag on. His rates were fair and he helped me get reimbursed by my insurance company (very nice)!
I WOULD RECOMMEND DR. GALE TO ALL MY FREINDS AND FAMILY.
