I hired TKO to clean a commercial office. Her crew showed up with a sweeper instead of a vacuum, they used a sanitizing agent instead of a cleaner, and used a DRY Magic Eraser ( brand name- I found the box...) to spot clean the walls. The Magic Eraser left marks that had to be fixed later......After so-called "cleaning " the restroom...( 4 stalls, only one toilet was left with blue cleaner in it...) there was at least one paper towel left in the trash. They also did not stock the paper towel dispenser. Needless to say, I have never had such poor cleaning from a supposedly "professional" service.
