I avoided dentists for years until a good friend recommended Dr. Souto. I have gotten 100% satisfaction at this office and I've recommended Dr. Souto and Dr. Chiodo (surgeon) to my family and friends.
I've needed a lot of work done due to my putting off visiting the dentist. With Dr.'s Souto and Chiodo, I've had multiple dental implants installed, root canals, cleanings, crowns and whitening. I still can't believe that I the implants and root canals were pain-free and I suffered no infections an only minimal discomfort for the first two days or so.
I really feel bad for the reviewer who had to wait 30 minutes - In the 4 years that I've been a patient of Dr.'s Souto and Chiodo, I've honestly never had that experience myself, nor has anyone else who has gone there based on my recommendation. I look forward to going to the dentist - no pain, great teeth, friendly experience.

I too happened upon the "cutie" dentist when I decided to stop treking home to get a cleaning. Dr. Roberts was so GENTLE! I had always needed the happy gas for my cleanings. Dr. Roberts cleaned my teeth (w/o gas) and it was by far the most painless experience. Yes, I admit I was a bit distracted by how handsome he is and how charming he was as he took his time to explain the cleaning process and to tell me how my mouth is doing. Finally, someone who genuinely understands us dentalphobes! The office is also beautiful---a loft-like atmosphere, white with exposed brick, and squeeky clean.

I got a filling by some other dentist that left me in crazy pain for over a week and so I ran around town seeing 5 dentists in one week. The dentist I saw at quick bleach was by far the best. Dr. Souto worked on me too but it was mainly the younger guy (I'm bad at names, sorry). Besides being a total cutie he gave me a painless root canal and saved my life, which I was ready to take because I was in so much pain. It turned out the dentist that did my filling shoved a piece of tooth into the canal and destroyed the nerves or something. Anyway, the guy that did my work was so gentle I would marry him right now if he wasn't already married.

A dental spa but also a normal dentist office as well. I stopped in one day just to look around randomly impressed from the outside by the cleanliness and all around white modern lines of the place. I assumed they only did cosmetic services and imagine my happy delight to find out that they where a full service dental office.
I've been going to Dr. Souto for 3 years now with no complaints. The reception area is stocked with dental accessories and spa products which they DO NOT push on you in anyway. As a matter of fact when I saw a pricey mechanical toothbrush and mentioned wanting to purchase it Dr. Souto actually steered me to a way lower priced model and suggested I pick it up from Duane Reade to save some money. "Same one I use" he said with a gallic shrug.
The assistants are all very well trained, polite and more than willing to explain things.
They are open till about 7pm for afterwork appointments and even when I got stuck on a train -- they waited for me to show and didn't even have an attitude or rush me through my appt. taking xrays and everything!
Pros: Dr. Souto is gentle and kind, No wait no line, Very clean, painless
Cons: None so far (3 years now)

I was referred by citysearch to this dental spa, and it is absolutely superb. The place has 8 chairs, so they sat me and attended me inmediately, even though there were other patients as well. The dentists are very professional (some of them with reisdency at mount sinai) and a great demeanor. I was out of there in about an hour with a great smile improvement!!! I am switching from my regular dentist to this different experience. Thank you, quikbleach!!

I found this office on citysearch and thought wow what a high rating?! so I called and made an appointment. I was so dissapointed by the was i was treated, i had to wait for my appointment for 30 minutes and then I found out that the price quoted to me over the phone was not what I had expected. The office was busy and i dont feel like hey spent enought time with me. I was interested in a whitening but they made me late for another appoinment i had becasue of the delay. then when I got home, I realized that the doctor or his family members were wrting bogus reviews about the office stating how great they were. if you look at the fine print, you can see for yourself. What a scam! my old dentist was expensive but i think he's worth it! Go elsewhere

I was walking by and thought I would stop in to see about getting my teeth bleached... Dr. Souto told me that my teeth looked great ( I didn't need them bleached he said) but said I should get a cleaning since I was due for one. I was scared of pain, but he was extremely gentle and very nice. I would highly recommend him. btw, the office is beautiful and immaculate, which I really appreciated!

I was there a month ago and I loved the new white teeth I have. They were so helpful, so nice and just a great place to go!!! Value too! I am a New Yorker so I love a good value! If you want white teeth and a sexdy smile...This place is a must. I cant say enough about how great it was. Teeth were sensitive for the afternoon but after that...everyone noticed! I came down to check after my facial upstairs at Metamorphisis and was taken asap. Great place and great deal!

I passed by on a Sunday afternoon and they were open. I walked in to see if I could bleach my teeth. They said they were usually slow on Sundays and I could be seen right in. I was treated promptly and gently by the staff. The doctor was young and pleasant and listened to what I wanted to accomplish. He suggested the treatment best suited for me. I decided to do it right then since my regular dentist had quoted me twice as much for the same treatment. The results were fantastic! Not only my teeth are white and bright, I walked out with a set of trays and a kit of products for my maintenance. I will never have yellow teeth again! I recommend QUICKbleach to any one serious abou tooth-whitening.
