Superb Cuisine!
OK I dream about this place and their spicy tuna hand rolls! YUM! We have never eaten in the restaurant, but we and our neighbors order from them A LOT! They are quite pricey in their items, but it is soooo tasty!PROS: Super FoodCONS: Pricey

Bring your own hot sauce.
I can't complain too much about this place. The sushi was really good, the atmophere was romantic, and it wasn't too busy for a friday night. However, be aware that the spicy sushi platter seems to be exactly the same as the regular sushi platter only with little dots of hot sauce on top. I felt a little cheated since the spicy platter was $2 more, and I could buy my own bottle of hot sauce for that. :)
Pros: Good food.
Cons: Parking is tricky. There is a lot behind Gordon Biersch, but it fills up quickly on the weekends.

Beautiful decoration, good service, bad food!!
Living in Burbank Village Walk since a year I haven't try Wockano before and finally went there last week. The stuff was really friendly and polite (nice hostess and friendly server), the decoration is beautiful ( specially the candle at night create a nice atmosphere) but i have been very disappointed with the food. We had a soup who was good, then some sushi (the simple one with a piece of fish and rice) who did not taste really fresh, some combination of rice (really salty), and for desert two chocolate cake (just like the one you can find at costco with a lot of chemical), we drunk two apple martini who tasted more like pure honey and finally got the check= 160 dollars for two, we will not go back for sure!!
Pros: nice and friendly hostess and service.
Cons: homemade food would be great, jut taste like chemical

Great ambience!!
I went to Wokcano in Burbank with my friend from the area who had raved about the atmosphere. I see what she meant...it's beautiful inside and I loved the sleek decor, very modern. Service was ok, great at the bar for my pre-meal cocktail...I forgot the bartender's name but she makes a really mean lychee martini. I would say it's pricey for an everyday lunch, but totally reasonable for dinner. I vouch for the Party Roll...forgot what's in it, but it was yummy.
Pros: Beautiful decor, food, drinks, open late
Cons: Service at our table was just ok.

bar area is best
Food is pretty good. Far better than a place like PF Changs...interesting drink specials that work great with the Asian theme. I had a ginger vodka martini that was a good complement to my food.
Pros: Asian cocktails with food
Cons: Lettuce Wraps

HORRIBLE BARTENDER
I only gave this place 1 star, for decor. I suppose it could have potential if they restaffed (especially the mgmt). My husband and I came here last week for the first time, after hearing mixed opinions from friends. We went to the bar for dinner and drinks. WORST BARTENDER EVER. Our $10 martinis were filled halfway. I swear. Uninterested, with zero personality, she was also just downright rude, without provocation. (I waited tables when I was younger, so I try to remember my manners when dining out). This girl was more interested in drinking shots (by herself!?), and admiring her own tatoos, then attending to her guests. No, it was not busy. Our soup and edamame were cold, our sushi was fine, but we had to ask her where it was before she begrudgingly brought it to us. We couldnt believe our friend actually recommended we sit at the bar. He MUST have had a different bartender. I asked for a manager, and found out SHE WAS THE BAR MANAGER!!! Wow. Maybe had we sat in the dining room, we would have had a different experience, but with so many better options throughout the valley, we simply will not be back.
Pros: Ambience
Cons: Service, service, service.
