Very professional organization. Appt. for estimate was kept on time, however appt. for actual work started an hour late, but they finished sooner than they quoted so all was well. Quality is what we were promised and expected.

James Paley inspected my tile and offered a written opinion as to the condition of the tile. He was very professional and prompt. I will be asking him for a proposal as to the cost of repairing and/or replacing the tile.

The stimator was prompt and very personable and professional. It seemed like the service was quite expensive for what was provided. We were not at all impressed with the repair to our tiles. The fill did not match the floor, there were spills/splashes of fill material on tiles. The fill did not fill holes and still resulted in pits in our travertine. I was impressed 4 years ago when we had service by Atlas, but not now
