GREAT SERVICE; I called early in the morning because my oustside unit stopped working and caused the air to blow warm. The girl who answered the phone took my information and told me that they would be by later in the day and that they would call at least 30min before arrival. I received a call from the service guy in the afternoon telling me that he would be by around 6:30-7pm and asked if that was acceptable (I'm sure they're SWAMPED in the Summer). Running late, Matt called me about 6:45pm telling me he would be closer to 7:15pm and he was right on time. He was VERY polite and quickly repaired my unit explaining exactly what he was doing as he went. He gave me advice on how to make sure my unit was well maintained, but wasn't trying to ""sell me"" on their maintenance service...just giving me good advice.

I think it's laughable that people have given Ierna bad reviews due to the obviously second rate compaines they went with not getting proper permits. Guess what people, if the company you went with did the job ""above board"", you wouldn't have any issues!!!

I had a good experience and would definitely use their services again, although I hope it's YEARS down the road.....Thanks Matt and Ierna!!!

They charged me a $65 ""service call"" AND separate $65 repair fee to replace a bad contactor on my 4-year old Bryant system they installed in 2008. Ron told me that is normal and they have to drive to Ybor to take back old part to get a credit; so basically I paid for their gas. He then emailed me after I left a VM and says ""why are you hiding behind an email"", which I took as either challenging my manhood or a threat. He is a punk and the stupid LOL/Lutz community thinks he does great charity things; nothing more than a tax writeoff; read the other reviews; this company does crooked stuff while trying to be the monopoly AC business. Seek out other companies and put this crooked business out of business!

I used these people a couple of times for service issues and chose to go with another company for my new a/c unit. Unknown to me the company I chose did not pull the proper permits and Ierena's reported me to building and Zonning. Who does that? These clowns have appointed themselves as the a/c police. If you use them beware they are vicious.

I had them do a service on my AC unit and an estimate to replacing it. A few months later I went with another company. A couple weeks ago I get a call from them to do 6 month service call; I tell them I had it replaced by someone else, they said they wish that I had used them... Then they call the county to see who did the work, when they found out that all the permits weren??t in order, so they sent the county after me! The other company has apologized for their oversight on the A/C permits and will be covering all the fees and fines. When the county came to look at the A/C unit they discover I have a shed in my yard and it doesn??t have a permit, It turns out that the shed that has been in yard for over 5 years should have had a permit and will have to be torn down! Plus I have to pay permit fees and fines!!! (Who knew a permit was need for a little shed for my lawn mower! And you probably can??t get one!) Just because they didn??t get the job they sic??d the county on me! \r

I just had my new unit put in today, what a difference!!!

Justin and Chaz came on today right on time and wasted no time getting to
work. They were both very polite, professiional and knoweledgable. They
explained anything I had a question about and the pride in their work was
evident from start to finish. The installation was much more thorough than
my last unit. It runs way quieter, which is a plus for my daughter since her
bedroom is right next to the outside unit.

I spoke to a few companies before I decided to chose Ierna's and I'm glad I
did.

I just had my new unit put in today, what a difference!!!

i researched a lot of a/c companies before i chose one, and iernas happen to stick out the most to me. they had a tech over right away to fix my a/c unit thank goodness because it was SOOO hot out. i will always be a loyal ierna customer

I realized that all A/C Companies are not the same after using Ierna?s . I was in need of a new A/C unit and have never had to buy one before, I called all over trying to get the best price and someone to answer ALOT of my questions, I found Ierna?s on Facebook and called them to see if they could help me with questions about different units such as size, tonnage and seer etc. they had a tech call right away and he knew exactly what I needed, they were out the same day to give me a free estimate and I had my new unit with the best price out of 6 different company?s the very next day. If you are in need of a new a/c unit I would call them I felt the most comfortable with them all the way around.

If I could have rated less than one star, I certainly would have. This company has contracts with many rental and property management groups, including mine. You would think that this would mean you could rely on their honesty and integrity. WRONG!! They were sent to look at my air conditioner. They said they wanted to put in a new unit and I refused. They decided to try to make enough visits and accumulate enough charges to have covered the outrageous cost they quoted me. They told the property management company that they would reimburse me if I went with another company. I sent another company to look at it. I got an entire unit for the same amount as they had charged me to do things that fixed nothing. They then backed out on their commitment to reimburse. I will never use them again and will make sure everyone I know stays clear of them.

Ierna's replaced my mother's air conditioning unit in November 2009. The salesman and all associated paperwork indicated she was purchasing a model which uses Puron coolant. Yesterday, my mother's unit failed. The service technician that responded discovered that the unit which was installed is not the same unit on the sales contract. Instead, the unit is a Freon based unit. It was also indicated that the unit on the paperwork was not available in November of 2009. When confronted with this information, the manager at Ierna's stated he would fix the current problem with the unit at no charge provided we would agree not to sue. Unbelievable. At this point in time, my elderly mother is in a house with no air conditioning while temperatures are 90+ degrees.

Charged us over 300.00 for the call.\r
We called someone else for a second opinion. Guess what we did not need a compressor (surprise) and the tech also wired some connections backwards.\r
The new company we called was less than 200.00 and our house is cool again. Its too bad so many companies try to rip off people these days.
