Chose them because of positive initial customer service experience. Problems started when we went to pick up our countertop. The cutout for the sink was one inch closer to the front edge than our drawing had indicated and the sink was mounted backwards from what we had requested. They offered to cut a new countertop for us and when we measured the second one, the cut was still not what we had asked for (now it was 1/2" more than requested from the front edge)! We decided to live with the miscut and brought the countertop and sink home. At home, we noticed that our overflow cover was broken and then later noticed that the corner of the sink had a crack in it. It appeared as if someone had dropped a tool inside the sink damaging both the sink and the cosmetic cover. When we notified them of what we had found, we were told that there is no way they could have caused the damage and that it left their shop fully intact. We tried to describe the damage and explain how it could not be caused with the sink attached to the countertop, but we have received no reply. Our belief is that the sink was damaged during its removal from the original countertop and that someone in the shop was fully aware of the damage that had been done.
I would absolutely recommend European Stone Works and in fact have to co workers. Maria is great, she is professional, knowledgeable, and is intent on making sure her clients are totally thrilled with their finished product!

European Stone Works are rated #1 for me.
There responds were always so professional.Maria was wonderful to work with and her ideas were great. Maria knew what and how to make all plans work. out. There were no delays. Ever thing went as planned and did a fabulous job from start to finish. All the personnel that work there treated me as a customer very well .I am very proud to say that European Stone Works did my Granite work. I just enjoy the new look of Granite in my Kitchen and bathrooms are very professionally done. I would highly recommend any one that is looking for a great project to have done is to go with European Stone Works.
Euorpean Stone Works, they did the job in a ver timely maner were very professional, respected my home and did an outstanding job. My counter tops turned out better than I expected. I love them.
Very professional from the initial meeting and estimate, to selecting our granite at the warehouse, to installation. European Stoneworks has a very talented staff, and we would highly recommend them to anyone planning on updating their kitchen with granite countertops.
When I met Maria, I was sure that European Stone Works (ESW) would be the most expensive. I was thrilled when she had the lowest bid! Maria met with me to look at granite and consulted with me numerous times. I was probably a difficult client (I changed my mind about which granite color I wanted and changed the installation date a few times due to other construction delays). ESW found a remnant piece to reduce cost and fit me into their schedule last minute. Also, they sent back a worker from their shop to add another faucet hole, despite all their crews busy in the field. I've had 3 granite installs, this is by far the best. Highly recommend
Maria and her whole team were very professional. She planned the project ahead carefully and kept me update each step of the process. They did provide high quality of work. I will definitely refer to others.
They were very professional, very helpful, at the end when they were finished, when my plumber came came to install my plumbing, he figured out that they had not dealt with had always drilled the holes all the way through, Europ said they never do, so that was one draw back.
I was happy with the overall results. However, I did notice some minor scratches on the stone. I will also need to go back and re-caulk the backsplash. The caulk did not properly seal the stone to the wall.
They arrived on time, and the instullation was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
The entire staff is incredible to deal with. From the salesperson Maria and the installer Eugene. I am very satisified...The counter top looks great.
Very easy to work with and very accomodating. I've done several remodeling projects and this one went the smoothest. My only suggestion is for the tear out guys to be taught exactly what parts need to be saved to reuse an item. They threw away a part of the garbage disposal so we had to buy a new one. The quality of the materials and workmanship was superb.
European Stone Works were everybit as professional as their work showed. Maria was always available if we had a question. The installers were great....on-time, very informative, courteous, and cleaned up like they had never been there. I couldn't recommend them more.
I was very pleased with the service and assistance I received during the sales and selection process. My only disappointment was due to late arrivals by the installation crew on both days. However the quality of the work was good, they did an excellent job cleaning up both inside and outside our home, and it looks beautiful.
My project has just been completed. While it was relatively a small project, I found everyone I dealt with very professional and very eager to help me get what I was looking for. The installation crew did a great job. They were on time, cared about minimizing cleanup, paid attention to detail, and answered all my questions. I will be doing another small project and will definitely use European Stoneworks, and plan to recommend them to friends. Thank you for making my kitchen come to life.
Great customer service, fast response. Able to meet my need for installation same week. Sinks not installed evenly.
