I got my dress and bridesmaid at Winnie Couture. My dress was absolutely gorgeous! It came in perfect and I didn't even have to have any alterations. The staff was super friendly and helped me every step of the way to find something beautiful that was in my budget. I worked with Jenna, she is fantastic! She knew which dresses would look good on me, so I only tried n about 10 till I decided. They also worked with me on the bridesmaid dresses and helped us pick out the perfect ones for the girls, and put up with my girlfriends doing last minute fittings.

My daughter and I were amazed at the sheer number of beautiful gowns at Winnie Couture. My friends had told me how great this store is but it was even better than I imagined. Our sales lady really understood what we were looking for. They were so nice because we kept finding more gowns to try on and then at the end my daughter chose the very first gown she tried on. It was so much fun. I also found a dress for myself that I love. We're bringing back the bridal party soon to look at bridesmaids. We highly recommend this store to anyone who wants a really beautiful couture gown.

As a first time bride, I didn't know where to start. Until, I walked into Winnie Couture. The staff was so helpful and knowledgable, they helped me find the perfect dress for MY figure! All of the dresses that I tried on were beautiful, and they offered to make any custom changes to the dress until it was just perfect for me. The prices on the gowns were AMAZING! The dresses aren't cheap but the prices are. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Winnie Couture and would send any bride their way!

The dresses are not really expensive, but they look very cheap! The staff is also rude and totally incompetent. When I went in, the sales associate didn't even ask me what I was looking for. She just pointed at a wall, told me what was over there, then I was on my own. Luckily I brought a few bridesmaids with me to help get into and out of the dresses. The sales associate didn't even offer to pin the dresses for me so that I could see what they looked like (since the samples were not my size). She was so rude to me that I actually cried when I left the store. Save yourself the tears and go somewhere else.

If you are having trouble searching for a perfect bridal salon, loook no more!!! I was having the same problem until a friend of mine told me what a relief her visit came out to be at Winnie Couture Bridal Salon. I went, I saw, I was satisfied! If you are new at this, don't worry, the staff is very patient, kind, and extremely helpful. I had tons of questions and they were all answered respectfully. They did not try to take advantage of me and make a quick buck off of commission by taking me straight to the rack of the most expensive gowns. Instead, I was introduced to the different collections they had and was then was asked what kind of gown I was looking for; the style, length, color, etc. Everything was catered to MY wants. The gowns are already beautiful but the slightest detail that you want changed can be! The girl that helped me was very attentive and had clear knowledge of what looked good and what didn't. They had numerous gowns to fit me in, and veils and tiaras to match. I was extremely impressed.

I tried all kinds of stores, catalogs, magazines... Winnie Couture had the most beautiful dresses and their service was top notch. Not a regular salon - definitely a fun store with a more relaxed atmosphere and a VERY helpful staff. Nobody's rushing you out the door, nobody's running back and forth between several customers at once. Plus, all the dresses I tried on were gorgeous, well made, and reasonably priced. Highly, highly recommend them to all brides and bridesmaids!
Pros: Style, Selection, Custom
Cons: Parking

When i first walked in I was greeted by a blonde girl..she was very welcoming and had me fill out an information card while she got my mom and I some water..the appointment was off to a great start! The store was GORGEOUS! Then my stylist, Jenna, greeted me and she was so helpful telling me about each style and what looked best on my body type. My appt was only supposed to be an hour and 15 minutes but they never rushed me out..in fact she spent two and a half HOURS with me!! I completely designed my own gown and Jenna sketched it out for me so I knew exactly what it would look like! This store is amazing..i HIGHLY recommend it..i even got an extra discount for purhasing the same day! I promise you wont be dissapointed.
Pros: beautiful gowns and very helpful staff
Cons: had to park far..

I went to Winnie Couture Bridal Salon today based on their rave reviews, which say something like they're "Like a New York couture bridal salon..."
Well, I'm from New York and I'm a discerning consumer nearing her wedding date. I just happen to be in Houston this summer on business. I was in search of the perfect bridal shoe.
When I walked into the store, they had only one customer. Nobody came to the door to greet me, and and when I wandered in further, one of the two women working there didn't even look in my direction. Then, one of them actually walked right past me, without even acknowledging me. I was invisible. I don't remember the last time I'd been treated with such utter disrespect!
I'm still stunned by the way the staff dismissed me, and can't believe they passed up a potential customer, what with the "economy" and all that. I've given the city of Houston a lot of business this summer and wanted to remember my time here by getting my wedding shoes before I head back to New York (where there are plenty of "New York couture bridal salons").
If only the women working at Winnie's today had been the least bit open-minded, (like I have been during my stay in Houston).
I am really disappointed and now for further review purposes don't believe a thing about their "haute bridal fashion" after a glimpse of tacky rhinestone covered gowns and out of date veils before I couldn't take any more snobbery.
Cons: Judgemental and rude staff

I got the pink and brown bag from the Bridal Extravaganza. When I first saw Winnie Couture at the show, I wasn't sure if they have any dresses that I like or in my price range. I then searched their website after getting the flyer from the show, made the appointment to go the next day. I wasn't quite ready to mak a decision so I brought my mom and Dad to went back the following Wednesday (because I wanted to take advantage of the coupon that I got from the show). My mom was almost in tear when she saw me on the dress. I knew that was the dress then, we stayed there almost 2 hours after the store suppose to close. The girl who helped me was so nice and sweet. I would definitely recommend this store!!!
Pros: Good Price and Nice Dresses

I've been on the search for the perfect wedding dress all over Houston and the surrounding area outside of Houston.
For those of you coming in from out of town- make an appointment early! I called about a week ago for a Saturday appointment and they were completely booked. Fortunately, they had a cancellation at the last minute and were able to squeeze me in this morning, but I'd recommend calling way ahead of time to stay on the safe side (especially if you're planning on dress shopping during the weekend).
I'm sure all the other sales associates here know their stuff, but I'd recommend asking for Jenna! She's a wealth of knowledge, she knows the styles and she says it like it is....which I personally appreciate.
And as far as dresses go here the selection is pretty impressive. The Winnie Couture Flagship Store sure has a lot of gowns. If anything there are too many beautiful dresses to choose from here...I actually considered changing gowns every hour just so I could wear them all, but then I remembered I'm neither a celebrity nor billionaire.
Pros: Many different styles to choose
Cons: Call early - fittings by appointment

The consultants at Winnie Couture are amazing. They truly care about their brides and finding the perfect dress. My mom and I looked at every bridal store in Houston and the consultants and gowns at Winnie Couture are superior to all the rest. After changing my mind three times and going back and forth between dresses the ladies at Winnie Couture were understanding and continued to help me on my customization. After trying on almost every dress in Houston, I found the perfect dress at Winnie Couture, the Romona with customization!! Thanks to Winnie Couture, I was able to find my dream dress. I would advise any bride to go to Winnie Couture to find their gown.
Pros: Good Price, Patient and Friendly Staffs
Cons: None

All the girls in my family shop together and we came in like a storm to Winnie Couture. Our stylist took us on a tour of the dresses and we found some gorgeous and highly unique things to try on. But one dress was perfect! We went as a team to 3 stores in town and all the designer boutiques. As soon as I tried on the dress here, I knew it was the one! The veil that goes with the dress couldn't be more perfect! The store was packed but I received personal attention. This was a very positive experiece and my family is a tough crowd to please.
Pros: Beautiful Dresses

I went in for an appointment at Winnie Couture and was booked with a stylist named Jenn or Jenna, something like that. When I first got there, I was forced to wait over 35 minutes for my appointment and when she was finally ready to see me, she kept pushing me along and rolling her eyes like she didn't have the time. Here i am, as a bride to be, shopping for the most important day in my life, for a dress of my dreams and I leave the store crying because my first experience trying on wedding gowns was ruined. This store's customer service ruined an experience I will never get back. Don't go buy your dress here ladies.
Pros: Not many
Cons: Worst customer service ever
Posted 06/19/09
The only positive I have to say about Winnie Couture is the dresses are beautiful and they allow customization. However, customer service is HORRIBLE. The problems started after I ordered my dress. First, no one bothered to mention that the sample sale was taking place the following week and I ordered the sample size. When I called to inquire about it, I did not receive a call back. After several calls, I decided to prevent frustration and let it go.
After my dress arrived it needed alterations. Given that the sample dress fit perfectly and I haven't lost any weight, alterations were needed because I wasn't measured correctly. I was quoted a price of $150 to $200 for the alterations. Once my dress was completed, that price increased to over $400. I was outraged. I had to call numerous times to get this taken care of. The price was subsequently reduced to $275. Quite frankly, alterations should have been free given the cost of my gown. Furthermore, if any additional alterations are needed I'd have to pay for them. Given that they scheduled my fitting and alterations too early, the likelihood of needing additional work done is pretty high.
The only positive I have from this entire experience is I love my gown.
Pros: Beautiful gowns; customization on gowns
Cons: Poor customer service after sale

The Salon is so beautiful. The building and interior are really nice and open, and the stylists are really nice. They treat their customers so well and help you have a great shopping experience. They have a nice selection of gowns, you can see it from the website.I love this store and highly recommend stopping in.
Pros: Nice selection of gowns
Cons: Not yet

this was the second stop I've made wedding dress shopping. I was overwhelmed by all of the beautiful dresses they had. I ended up choosing the one that I tried on first! The detailing on the dresses is really intricate for the price! I highly suggest this place!! The sales ladies are all so sweet and helpful....Oh, and the sample sizes are for women with REAL figures.... size 6-8-10-12!!
Pros: Beautiful dresses at a decent price/ lovely sales ladies...
Cons: none so far!

I have been on a search for my perfect wedding dress for a couple weeks now. I happened to be in Houston and decided to stop by at Winnie Couture to look at the dresses. The store is really nice and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Even though I didn't have an appointment they helped me try on few dresses. I was very impressed with the destination selection which is full of dresses within a reasonable price. Also i was very impressed that you can custom order your dress to your exact measurements, for an extra charge however it will cost much less than the dramatic alterations that will probably be needed. This hasn't been offered to me by other high end bridal boutiques where the dresses cost more than double what I will spend here. They can also change the dress to something you want for a small charge as well. This is the best store I have been to so far and we will see how it goes when I go back to order my dress.
Pros: Cute boutique, friendly staff and great selection!!
Cons: None so far

My daughter just ordered her destination gown last month. We could not be happier with the price and selection. The staff was very personable and honest. I appreciate when a salesperson gives you their honest opinion and it isn't favorable to the most expensive gown. This was our 4th salon to visit and definitely our favorite! Do yourself a favor and at least give them a chance- I don't think you'll be sorry. We have not received the dress as of yet, but hopefully I'll be posting another positive review soon. We can't wait to see it!!
Pros: Honest employees, beautiful dresses & reasonable prices
Cons: Too many dresses to choose from!

i came in with my bestie who was so excited about being a soon to be bride. We were actually headed to kroger when we decided to stop by winnie couture and see what they had. the girls at the front were very rude and pointed to the door..."we are appointment ONLY" they said. I felt like omg, really! I can understand having appointments if your busy but as we left kroger we passed by the store and the girls were sitting on the seats at the front...doing nothing. Its too bad they didnt want our service bc their dresses are very pretty!
Pros: Kroger had great 10 for $10 deals
Cons: rude girls!!!!

I am newly engaged and decided to make an appointment with Winnie Couture to go shopping for my wedding dress. It was such a great experience for me, the sales girl was able to tune in and see what I am all about, and what style dress would best fit my body type and personality. The other great thing was that I went on a Friday and was never rushed or ignored, which tends to happen way to much at other bridal stores. When I had found my dress, she was able to help me to accessorize and choose a veil so I could see it all together.
I was also able to choose and order the bridesmaid's dresses that very same day! She was also able to pick out a dress for my mama to wear that my mom absolutely loves! I just got so much accomplished, it was great.
I would recommend Winnie Couture to all brides and bridesmaids for sure! Oh yeah, she also has great dresses for the rehearsal dinner or honeymoon at super reasonable prices...Bottom line: great prices with great service and knowledge to go along with it, ENJOY!
Pros: Great Store, Great Service and Great Price
Cons: None

A few weeks ago I won a gift certificate, without any regulation or rules, nothing that indicated what i change it in for.To my disappointment when I walked in the store the first that was brought to my attention was that nobody was there to great me and the staff members seemed very annoyed that another client just walked in the door. When I showed one of the staff member the gift certificate, they LAUGHTED AT ME. Now my question is to everybody out here, what is so funny about walking in with a gift certificate?Even worse was that the sales representative ( by the way for everybody to remember , she is the only blond one there, I suggest you should not be helped by her) tried to be smart about it and told me that this certificate is only good towards a purchase of a dress. We all know that if you hand out certificates in this country you better right on this document what your rules and regulations are! Even more amusing is that the store manager Jessica tried to tell that the rules were said during the hand out of the gifts. I mean afterwards it is easy to say anything....Isn't this offensive, so winni couture tries to make up something afterwards, to intimidate their clients. Well guess what in america where we all live YOU PUT CONTRACTS DOWN ON PAPER SO PEOPLE CAN NOT SAY THEY DID NOT SAY IT OR MAKE UP STORY.Maybe I should bring this company to justice because I do not tolerate fraud or scams. Also to make sure I would like to warm everybody to not spend their money there. Brides planning your wedding should be fun, you should feel like a princes and winni couture is the worst place to do so at this store location. In the end I left the store and cried out my heart ouside, while the blond and the blacklong hair sales girls there lauthing. I hope that the owner will read this and employee women not girls. Maybe they should spend more money in training their staff and manager in customer service. You made my wedding planing to a night mare. Aren't you proud now?
Pros: the weather was nice on that day
Cons: poorly customer service, offensive , implolite, digrace to all bridal stores

I accompanied my daughter on her trip to Winnie Couture in search of the perfect bridal gown. We too were assisted by the salon manager, Jessica. I can truely say that we both had an amazingly pleasant experience. We found Jessica's bubbley personality delightful and her knowledge of the gowns extremely helpful. We were treated like family and appreciated the time and patience she took with us to insure my daughter found the dress of her dreams. The quality of the dresses along with the delightful staff make this a must visit salon for every bride.

Well I read all 21 reviews on city search and was excited to see for my self what Winnie Couture was all about. I was greeted by this blond bimbo name Jessica or Jennifer I cant remember something with a "J". She used words like grand and fabulous!!! Anyways she had me fill out an information sheet then left, she came back and continued to talk talk talk!!! All she spoke about was her and what she would do!!! The dresses were pretty but I'm a tiny person so many of them were huge and way too long. The room with the dresses was small, not a large selection however the dresses were still very pretty. The atmosphere of the store was nice, it had a nice design. Dark woods accented with pink, and beautiful gowns.
My complaint was more with the sales girl than anything. She spoke of her self the whole time! I wanted to be the princess, it was my very first day to try on dresses and she ruined it. I really hope the Owner of the store reads these because they have a gotti bimbo as their manager!!! THATS SCARY!! She was way too young and bubbly to be taken seriously. She even wore a ring on every finger, I'm surprised she did not snag the dresses!!! Anyways besides the dresses being pretty, I was so uncomfortable!
Pros: pretty pink carpet
Cons: SALES GIRL IS BIMBO

I had only been to two or three dress shops before I went to Winnie Couture and I have to say that I really enjoyed it. It is true that the sales people typically don't help you put on your dress, which was fine by me since I am not really comfortable with having a stranger see my in my underwear and I had my one of my bridesmaids there to help me. But I liked that they allowed you to pull all the dresses you wanted. I probably pulled about 15-20 and they were completely patient with me trying them on. The dresses are high quality, made of silk and lace and with nice beading and embellishments. I couldn't decide between two dresses and the woman helping me, Jessica, let me make an appointment for the next day, to bring my mom with me. There was no pressure to buy that day, which was nice. When I did finally decide on my dress she explained a sale they were running at that time and kept us very aware of the price due to alterations, taxes, etc. so there was no sticker shock at the end of the day (since dresses can literally double in price just due to alterations, modifications and taxes). Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend any future-bride to make an appointment and check it out.

Winnie Couture Bridal Salon is a beautiful salon from the outside in. The interior is not too big as to where you?ll get lost inside. It has a very warm and cozy feeling. I was greeted right at the front entrance and had my own personal stylist help me along each step of the way. Unlike other stores where the employees pass you off from one person to the next, the stylist was very helpful. Since I was open to any suggestions or ideas, the stylist proposed that I just pick any gowns, no matter how many. They said that I won?t know what I DON?T like until I try it on. They were so patient and considerate. I just loved the decor and how professional these young ladies were.
Posted 11/19/08
The dresses are not exactly expensive, but they look very cheap! And the staff was rude and incompetent. The sales associate didn't even ask what I was looking for, she just pointed me at a wall of dresses and told me to pull what I wanted to try on. No one helped me get in and out of the dresses (which is fairly difficult with some of the) and no one would pin the dresses so that I could see what they looked like (since they were not in my size). The sales girl was so rude to me that I left in tears.
Pros: location
Cons: Selection, customer service
Posted 10/27/08
Talk about selecon, you don't need to go anywhere else! With two different collections and tons of styles from each, I had more than my share of variety. After making my appointment and having my bridesmaids join along to give me their opinions, I had much to think about. I tried on maybe 5 dresses and all had its own uniqueness about it. The beading, length, fitting, embroidery, the detail, everything! If you are looking for a place to browse, here is the place to go. They even have a small collection of accessories as well as shoes to go along with their gowns. You'll be sure to find your dress here
Posted 08/25/08
The staff was very helpful. Very nice surroundings. They do have those "make you skinnier" mirrors which are designed to slim your reflection and elongate you. We found a strong candidate for "the" dress but decided to go in another direction style-wise. I would recommend them as our "try-on" experience was very very good. I cannot speak to delivery and alterations as we decided to get her dress elsewhere.
Pros: Had a wide selection of styles and sizes
Posted 07/05/08
I love this place! The reason I say it is better than a bridal salon is that the environment is so private and relaxing. After you choose your gown - btw they are ALL on display , not in some back room - you have your dress custom made for you. I've been if for 2 fittings (I have one more) and the whole experience has been wonderful.
If you're going to spend a lot of money on a wedding dress you should get a couture experience with them. Very cool. Everyone who has worked with me has be very nice and unpretentious. Some salons I visited on the gown search felt pushy and tried to use my inexperience at this (most people are!) to their advantage.
At Winnie Coutre it was so different. The bridal stylist helped me choose my gown. She was a great listener and had such helpful suggestions that I knew in the first 15 minutes that I would get my gown here. Still, she could tell that I was having a hard time deciding so she told me I should sleep on it. At a salon I'd been to the day before the salesperson all but locked me in the store to try and get me to buy. Anyway, I did come back and chose the most beautiful gown I'll probably ever own. The whole experience since then has only gotten better. This place is special.
Posted 05/11/08
Excellent selection, beautiful gowns. I probably tried on 20 dresses - seriously, I loved them all! The attendant was incredibly patient with me, got me a bottle of water, and even paid attention to the styles I liked and started recommending other selections as well. She did not seem at all annoyed that I tried on so many dresses! The ambience of the store is wonderful, and if they'd let me curl up on that pink couch all day, I probably would. This store is definitely worth a visit!
Pros: Excellent Selection, Ambience, Nice Staff, Parking
Cons: ?

I went to Winnie Couture after I had bought my wedding dress and while I was looking for a veil. I had a great experience at their store, with friendly staff and a lot of selection. I also ended up choosing a piece of jewelry to go along with it. Their prices are a good, it is a quality store and I would defintely recommend adding Winnie Couture to your list of "Can't Miss" bridal stores.
Pros: Good Selection on Veils
Posted 02/28/08
I had the best shopping experience at Winnie Couture! I had a really tough time shopping for my wedding dress previously simply because i am less than 5 feet tall with a very petite frame -- all of the dresses just seemed to swallow me up! My bridal stylist at Winnie did a wonderful job of helping me make the sample dresses fit -- clipping, pinning, finding a smaller size in the back, fetching a taller stool for me to stand on, she did it all! She even got me a bottled water when I was starting to feel overheated after trying on so many dresses! I had a tough time deciding which Winnie dress I wanted to buy in the end because there were several lovely styles. You definitely have to try Winnie Couture! I had a great time, my family had a great time, and I found a beautiful gown that fits me perfectly (and doesn't make me look like a little girl playing dress up!!!).
Pros: Ambience, Service, Selection
Cons: Having to wait 6 months for my dress...but it takes the same amount of time anywhere else
Posted 02/23/08
I highly recommend this salon! I have been looking for months now for the perfect destination wedding dress. Yesterday I made the trip down to Houston to the Winnie Couture bridal salon and found my dress!! They have the largest selection of destination gowns that I have seen and trust me I have been to more than a few places. They are absolutley beautiful dresses the only negative is that it was hard to just pick one. The lady that helped me was very nice and patient with me considering I tried on at least half the collection. The women didn't make me try on any thing that I was interested in unlike some of the other bridal salons I visited. This by far was the best experience I have had at any bridal salon throughout this whole process! This was well worth the trip to Houston!!
Pros: Huge selection, Great service
Cons: Parking

Winnie Couture has beautiful wedding dresses that are some of the best in the area. The service is first class, and the bridal stylist has a good eye for helping you choose a wedding dress that is right for you. The boutique is beautiful and, with a personal area to try on dresses and get fitted, the whole experience really makes you feel very special! I have truly enjoyed each visit. I highly recommend Alexia's Bridal Boutique.
Pros: Selection of gowns
Cons: Parking

From the first appointment through the last fitting, every time I visited Winnie Couture I had a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed the personalized service and their suggestions were always very helpful. The selection and quality of their dresses and accessories is beyond compare. I ended up getting everything I wore at my wedding from Winnie Couture. They made the process completely stress free and everything went so smooth!
Pros: Amazing service and selection

As any excited bride to be is, I was looking forward to my appointment. I arrived a few minutes early with my mother and was greeted by 2 women. I explained to the lady what I was looking for and she was of not much assistance. I also asked her about a gown I had seen on a mannequin and she didn?t even take it down for me to try on. As I was taken to the changing room, she never asked to assist me putting on the dress. As you are well aware many of the bridal gowns are hard to put on and at other bridal salons there has always been a lady assisting me with the fitting.
I proceeded to try on a dress which was obviously very long and a few sizes too big and I asked her if she could please fit it to my size as they do at any bridal salon. She refused to size it because ?I can?t do it to this gown it has too much beading.? I am aware that many dresses have beadings but it never seemed to be a problem before, seeing that the dresses the bride tries on are solely for the use of the store. They do not sell those dresses to the brides. The whole point of taking the time to make an appointment and try on some dresses is for the ladies at the store to help me with my fitting and envision how the dress will look on me the day of my wedding.
I was already feeling upset that she was not making the effort to try to fit the dress and make my experience a good one. I didn?t even stay at the store 15 minutes before I left feeling terrible. This has been by far the worst customer service I have received anywhere!
I felt it was only right to let you know what inexperienced and unprofessional employees you have at your store. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and will not recommend this place to any bride to be. As I told the ladies at the store ?I can buy a wedding dress anywhere I choose to do so, I don?t understand why you wouldn?t take the time to help me choose a dress and treat me with the respect any customer deserves.?
Pros: Good parking
Cons: Terrible customer service, rude, inexperienced, unprofessional

I have been looking all over town, everyone been telling me that I have to pay a deposit to see a designer dress in my size. I went into Winnie Couture Flagship Salon, the lady that helped me was very sweet. They have several different styles that are in my size. Each style is very different in necklace, skirt shape, beadworks.... I ended up order a dress that I couldn't try on cos they don't have my size, but I can picture how it's going on be on me since I have tried on several of the different styles from this designer. It was just under 2,000, beautiful dress, I can't wait to pick it up.

I am from Austin, TX. Yesterday, I made the exciting journey to Winnie Couture Flagship Salon
in hopes of finding the "perfect" wedding gown for my wedding in this
September 27th, 2008. When I put on your Morrissa gown, there was a different
glow that came from this gown that stood out tremendously to me, in a store
with a million choices. Then, my Mother & I looked at the price tag and were
beyond excited to find that such an intricate, detailed, beautiful dress was
within a price range that appealed very much to us. Throughout the long day of
searching and searching for the "perfect" dress, the Morrissa never once left
the back of my mind. So, once I had compared it to every dress in the store I
finally accepted that I was not going to find anything near it. It was almost
as though you had custom made it for me. :):)
Well, I am sure you can guess what happened next-- We purchased it! And I
honestly have not been able to stop thinking about it since then. I would have
to say the only "bad" part of the whole day was when they told I would have to
wait 5 to 6 months for it to be shipped. However, it most certaintly is well
worth the wait!
Pros: Selections of gowns
Cons: Long Drive for me

I heard about Winnie Couture at a bridal show and decided to go by the showroom. From the moment I called to make an appointment and until the time I was done with my services there I have never been so pleased with customer service ANYWHERE! The women there were a huge help in many ways. The dresses were very unique and also AFFORDABLE, which was even better. I never thought I would be able to find a beautiful dress on a budget, but Winnie Couture made it possible. Thanks for everyone?s help. I highly recommend every soon to be bride should at least go a check it out, you will be amazed at what you can find there.
Pros: gown selection, prices and customer service-TWO thumbs up!!
Cons: It's in a semi-busy shopping center

If you are looking for unbelievable choices of gowns, Winnie Couture is the perfect place! The customer service was delightful. I was so pleased when I came across there store, I wouldn?t recommend any other place to other brides. Their showroom is remarkable, the staff was marvelous and my experience there was unforgettable. I know a few other women that have taken my advice and just stopped by to check out the place and didn?t leave without purchasing. I highly recommend that if you are at a loss for where to go for an extraordinary selection of gowns, try here first, you won?t be let down.
Pros: Location, selection of gowns, customer service

The young ladies who assisted me in my shopping were nice and directed me towards the appropriate styles that would flatter my figure. There was no hasseling or hounding me like many of the other wedding boutiques do. It was calm and enjoyable.

I recently purchased my wedding gown from Winnie Couture and I absolutely love it! The shop is quaint and inviting, the girls who assisted my party were extremely helpful. The gowns are reasonably priced for the high quality of workmanship and it won't break the bank. If you're engaged you must put Winnie Couture on the top of your bridal shops to visit!
