He was very both to me over the phone and to my wife when he was here to do his job. detailed assessment and then explained why he was doing what he did and explained what he think had happened. He noticed we had small kids, he gave us the advice we needed making us feel we were in good hands and safe with the kids. We sincerely recommend him to others and have no doubt who to call if we eve need help again.

Yellow Bee gave prompt, professional service. They were very knowledgeable, dedicated, and conscientious, and returned 3 times with traps (as the persistent pest kept returning). I haven't seen it lately, and assume it is no longer here (was outside, not inside, the home).

Yellow Bee contacted us by phone within minutes of submitting the Service Magic request on Thursday. We set up an appointment for Sunday as they have weekend hours. The company was thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and gave a reasonably priced estimate. With his explanation that the source of our bee problem would likely go away within weeks and possibly reoccur in the spring, we decided to wait until the spring to see if the problem reoccurs. The company also gave us a business card with 20% off all services.
