Drawings and service were very poor. Lots of mistakes, items overlooked, designs insufficient. Required a lot of additional plan check meetings resulting in project delays. Engineer was uncooperative, difficult to work with. Very slow to correct errors.
Jon is an extremely competent professional. Mr. Saleh is one of the few Engineers I've dealt with in this industry who works diligently in providing structural sets in a very short time period, while at the same time practicing value engineering. His fees are reasonable and includes structural observations. Jon is accountable and does not engage in nickel and dimes games that many engineers in this industry seem to like to play. I highly recommend Jon Saleh and Dalta Engineering.

Jon Saleh of Dalta Engineering was the engineer we used for a 850' room addition. The foundation and the support were difficult and complex but Jon worked hard and we were able to get our LA City permit issued the first time around. Jon was pleasant to work with and always available to talk about the project even on weekends. The charges were very reasonable, thousands of dollars less than several other structural engineers wanted for the same work. Jon also worked well with our architect. I would recommend Dalta Engineering for any structual engineering job.
