We called Grey Goose and spoke with a man named Meron. He was curteous, showed up on time, did the work better than we had hoped for and cleaned up after himself. We would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for any handyman work around your house or apartment.

Re garage door repair, the initial call to Grey Goose, who responded after Universal did but estimated lower and were therefore preferred, netted a discussion with the man who answered the evening's call that urged me to purchase more than I intended to, which seemed a pushy. When the worker arrived next day, he convince me to replace not one, but two springs (one each side), which made sense re balance. He sold the second one for slightly less ,which seemed fair. The inside right side of the door mechanism now operates a bit too close to the door frame, which might have needed an adjustment too, but it's OK. The worker also agreed to all

Great, fast service. I just purchased a house with a broken garage door spring. Not only did the repairman fix it, he took the time to explain the best ways for me to keep the door well maintained. They are a little pricey, but it was worth the small extra expense to have the job done so quickly and with such high quality.

We hired Grey Goose to install wood partitions. Simple: pre-cut wood, screws, etc. None of the panels are straight, all are misaligned, screws are screwed through the other side of the wood, wood glue is oozing out from places, wood actually cut by the contractor was not finished, sanded, or cut accurately.
Service Magic (who you actually get when you call the number) is zero help. They actually tried to sell us more service while I called to complain.
$1200 down the drain.
