Simple: pre-cut wood, screws, etc. None of the panels are straight, all are misaligned, screws are screwed through the other side of the wood, wood glue is oozing out from places, wood actually cut by the contractor was not finished, sanded, or cut accurately. <br />Service Magic (who you actually get when you call the number) is zero help.
