I think they are good people. They were punctual. I did not go under the house to see their workmanship; but the water is working. Their prices were comparable.

I am so please we went with J&K. They were so professional and were in and out in 2 days for our entire house re-plumb. We have hired them since to replace our kitchen faucet and were equally as happy.
Their quote was right in the middle of all estimates received, their timliness was unbeatable, and they went the extra mile and fixed some little extras that weren't foreseen at first quote. Also during the quote they determined the hot water heater was leaking and no one else had even noticed! The 4 man crew made quick work of digging the lawn and re-piping everything. Great teamwork, a family business and will definitely hire them again!

They were prompt in helping me with my problem. They fixed the broken, frozen pipe and even fixed the area with a piece of styrofoam insulation I provided for them so the cold air can't get in and re-freeze the pipes. They showed up at 1:30 and were done in 1 hour. Courteous, clean and prempt. And they didn't rob me blind with the price either! Absolutely, I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem.
