You should know they also go by the name "Go Green". These guys showed up over an hour late which I forgave, this being NYC and unpredictable traffic being what it is.
I had spoken to the owner/manager Wayne about what I needed done in terms of a post construction cleanup even though this is one of their specialties. When the two guys arrived I pointed everything out to them that needed to be done. I returned 4 hours later and did a once through (at their suggestion) and was very disappointed. The surfaces of all the doors were covered with dust, the kitchen counters were also very dusty (one of the guys tried to convince we it was because the kitchen window was open, please). When I pointed out some obvious drywall fragments on a desk surface I was told, "Yeah, you have to go over that with a spray and paper towel". I do? what I am paying $70/hr for?
After they left we discovered all of the wall surfaces and baseboards, kitchen cabinet faces, bathroom walls covered in dust, we couldn't even walk on the floor barefoot without our feet coming up black. They also told us they cleaned out the top cabinets of the built-ins in the MBR; with what ladder?(obviously not done once we got up there to check) We had to do the whole thing over ourselves.
I am not picky and I expected some oversights as no one is perfect, but this was beyond ridiculous. I spoke to Bill (who seems to be the one answering the phones) about this and left several messages with him asking Wayne (owner/manager) to call me back about this as I was willing to resolve this issue with him before leaving feedback online. My calls went unreturned.
Beware of this company at least in terms of post construction cleanup, you will have to do it all again yourself.
